Hardee's in Calera is usually good,but this time was not ordered 2 BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE combos and waited 15 minutes and the sandwiches come out cold cheese not melted and no meat hardly on the sandwiches would not recommend THE BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE. SAVE THE $22.00 go someplace else.

My kids enjoyed their sausage biscuits and my cinnamon roll was ok. However. No receipt was given to me or in the bag and the lady at the window had an attitude or maybe she was just having a bad day. Yet that has nothing to do with working fast food and at the window. Thankful the food was better this time.

Waited over thirty minutes for the order and were then told that they didn’t know we were still waiting even though we checked on the order at least three times in that same thirty minutes. After the wait we were treated to the order being messed up and certainly no apology for our inconvenience. Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. Ain’t going again that’s for sure.

For what it's worth, this location actually seems to try to fulfill the drive-thru orders in a timely manner (from my experience).

A warning to travelers- Do not waste your time and money. Keep on trucking! I understand this is a fast food restaurant and the expectations for such a place is generally low. This location has managed to lower the bar even further. They've changed management too many times to count and their turnover rate is abysmal. This leads me to believe the place is a nightmare to work for. I am only bothering to post a review because today was the last straw. I placed an online order but when I arrived they were closed. The lights were on and people were inside but no one would answer the drive through. When someone finally came on they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes before they could open. Not only did I not get the meal I purchased, I can't get a refund and there is no option to cancel. If they did give me a refund it would take 10 days to credit my account. They will not give me the food because the app states it was completed. When I call the store the phone is disconnected and not in service. I guess I should thank them because I will no longer eat at Hardee's and this will probably extend my life a great deal.
