I went for lunch and ordered my food, three vehicles were in front of me... I had to pull out of the line after 18 minutes and only moving up one vehicle.... Very slow!

Food is great but they are supposed to serve breakfast until noon, let's face it they are known for their biscuits not lunch, however, anytime I get there after 11 am they are no longer serving breakfast. It is losing a lot of business in that small town because you know not to bother after 11 am.

Twice in the last week have been refused service at the drive thru for breakfast stating my order of 6 biscuits was too large for the drive thru and I would have to come in to order.

I just drove through the drive-through and ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich and 10 sausage egg and cheese biscuits for my guys that are working today but I was informed that that’s a lobby order. Can’t order that to the drive-through so I will never be stopping here again

I will not go by Hardee's again I went by there tonight and order a Frisco burger I ask can they toast the bread darker cause last time it was plain they told me the toaster don't go no higher I ask to put it on grill they told me grill only to be used in the morning then I ask why the bored have 8,89 on bored I see 8,99 that you Ragin up he told me that's the price in the computer I told them Alabaster Hardee's toast there bread they told me to go to Alabaster store and they gave me paper Towle for Napkin they or Full of B/S

The drive thru person was very rude. I asked to confirm my order four times and each time she ignored me and just asked if I needed anything else. The food was also disgusting. Unfortunately quite typical of this location.
Just left the drive thru . Both my sandwiches are cold the fries are soogy with grease and cold and no one answers the phone. I'm Livid and hungry . They may feed there dogs at home like this but this female dog eats a bit better . J.s. kibbles and bitts would have tasted better than this.

I come through here practically every day, order same thing, butter biscuit with grape Jelly and a chicken patty. They never give me my grape jelly, try eating a dry biscuit without jelly. Hardee’s biscuit is good, but I need the jelly please. And I tell them in drive through, please give me my jelly still nothing. Please please have a talk with your morning crew.?

I'm out here running hurricane relief to North Carolina and walk in at 9:50 am and get told we can't take any orders because they won't be able to start lunch which doesn't start until 10:30 or 11 because people apparently don't want to work thanks for making people's lives harder than they already are because you're too incompetent to do y'all's jobs
