I go here all the time and it’s a hit or miss but I’m so tired of paying and not getting what I pay for I get a large milkshake and that’s not cheap and the cup is halfway empty and you think it’s ok to hand out the window my wife would turn the car around bc I was coming back your grown people working a high school job you should definitely be doing better so sad

Ah, a classic disappointment in the Calera community. Went for breakfast and waited for at least 30 minutes for food that had been sat on the counter for probably 10 minutes. When my boyfriend asked was that our food and that no one called out the order, the woman with crimson hair tried to tell us they did call the order, despite the fact my boyfriend had been at the counter area since we ordered. While standing there a previous employee picking up a mobile order heard us talking and explained to us that it was poorly ran when he worked there. He seemed more apologetic and understanding about it than the manager. Don’t lie to customers when they blatantly know it’s a lie. This was my boyfriend’s first experience at Jack’s and we won’t be returning. It’s shocking to me that this Jack’s hasn’t been closed due to the sheer number of negative reviews. There’s better businesses in the Calera area that we can use our money at.

Ordered and paid for two 3 piece chicken dinners through drive through Got home just to find out that I only got one 3 piece chicken dinner and a one piece chicken dinner. Hope this gets corrected soon or it will be a cold day in hello before I go back again .

Adding a response for the owner: Based on the many negative reviews this location has received, I don't know that any of these are being taken seriously. The servers were rude, more interested in their personal conversations, as well as their texting. The girl at the window routinely had her back squarely at me as though I was not there. Then, I was charged for the wrong order that I was not made aware of until I was being handed drinks I didn't order. My order had not even been started. And the little things matter; no napkins even put in.

I live nearby to this Jacks and get a pick up a couple times a month. They often get my order wrong so this morning I ordered one chicken biscuit, one large sprite and 2 butter biscuits. I asked the employee to please repeat my order and she said one chicken biscuit, one large sprite, one butter biscuit at which I said 2 butter biscuits please. When I got to the window I again asked the front employee to repeat my order. She said one chicken biscuit, one large sprite, one butter biscuit at which point I said 2 butter biscuits. The employee then said “If you will just let me finish” and then proceeded to say one butter biscuit???? WTH? Why not say 2 butter biscuits???? And then when I got home the sprite was leaking profusely and my cup holder was full of sprite. The styrofoam cup had a slit in the side where it was leaking and I didn’t notice initially. Just🤔

This is possibly the worst jack’s locations I have ever witnessed. There hasn’t been a single time that I’ve bought food from there that they haven’t completely messed up the order. They throw the food together. Sometimes dump the sauce into the bags and never ever include fries with combos. I have finally had my last straw with them and will never be returning to this location again.
Went there for lunch yesterday with my fiancé and we both got the 4pc chicken finger dinner with fries BOTH with honey mustard and Buffalo sauce we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for out food while a family of three and everyone in the drive through was getting served I saw them serving people chicken fingers after we clearly ordered ours. When we finally got our order they gave us one of each sauce the Buffalo didn't taste good and it was nearly empty and the fries were unseasoned. Another issue when I first placed the order it was 21.88 but I had to transfer an extra dollar I canceled the order while I did that came back ordered the EXACT same thing and it was only 19.26. It is run by teenagers who don't know how to speak up and serve customers. Very unpleasant experience.

Great stop just off interstate. Quick service, good hamburger and fries, hot, clean eating area. Soda fountain in public area for easy refills.

This place has improved recently. The last few visits have been an improvement over what was usually a very poor experience. Last few orders were right. Only one wasn’t as fresh as it should be (but it was still good). Nice to see the recent improvement. Hope it continues.

I never leave reviews, but I had to warn potential customers about this restaurant. The food wasn’t good, the restaurant was nasty and the restrooms were disgusting !! Mold in all the toilets and bottom of the tiles. Christmas tree was still up and Merry Christmas was still on the chalkboard in March. I will n ver eat there again !!
