I went to Jacks this morning and ordered a side of grits and side of bacon .The grits were so covered in butter I had to eat them with a spoon . After a few bites I stop eating due to the overwhelming amount of butter. I guess Jacks has liquid butter and pump it into the grits . This was too much butter it would raise your cholesterol levels.

We just stopped while we were out looking for a motor home in the Calera area for a couple of Diet Coke to go using their drive through window, but I do like their hamburgers.

I came in at 11:08am and didn't know Jack's didn't serve breakfast all day but the very nice gentleman working the register got me a bacon and biscuit which absolutely made my day as I was driving from TN to FL. It was delicious and the service was great. The whole restaurant including the bathroom was super clean. I am very happy with my service today at Jack's.
