It took a long time to get our food, although there was hardly anyone in there. We had to wait for our drink refills and no one was acknowledging us. I asked for a refill of my Coke Zero and she put sweet tea in it. She did correct it and gave me another cup.

Been too this Krystal’s a few times and it seems every time I come it gets worse, I came today for lunch and the front counter worker was straight up rude and lazy couldn’t stay off the phone and acted like I wasn’t there on top of that the lobby and bathroom was filthy.

I've had a few hiccups with previous staff, but in the past 6months that has seemed to completely improve. Orders have been correct and wait times have been acceptable. Staff I have encountered lately have been very on point and kind.

I went here on 9/29/25 AND OMG it is so GOOD!!!! Im from Michigan so its the closest thing to white castle and i am impressed. Service was amazing as well!!!!

Ordered some cheese Krystals and they were lukewarm and a couple were ice cold. I guess that's what I get for going through the drive thru. Had i dined inside, I would probably have thrown them at the dude working behind the counter. I won't visit this location ever again

It's Krystals. It is the same as any other Krystal burger you have ever eaten at. It is on the smaller side being attached to a Valero gas station, but it clean and reasonably fast service. Everyone was friendly though and it felt like a nice place.

My wife and I were traveling down 65 and say a Krystal’s sign. We love Krystal’s but the only one left is in Hoover. We got off and went to Krystal’s and ordered 12 fresh cheese Krystal’s and fries. The fried have potato peels on them like McDonald’s used to have in the 70,s. The Krystal’s were cooked perfectly. I’m so happy there is a Krystal’s near me. We will be back soon

Drive through cashier was unfriendly would not say thank you, even after I said thank you to her. My order was incorrect and the receipt did not show what I ordered.

have otherwise had good experiences at this location but bummed about todays service. we said plainly no pickles, classic (not spicy) for the chiks, and our entire order was wrong. I worked as a waiter so I get things happen, but it's just dissapointing.
