Ordered on line for pick up inside. When I arrived they said I had to pick it up in the drive through. The app told me the pizza was ready, I could see it in the portal and they would not give it to me. Instead I had to go out and wait in the drive through line for 15 min. When I finally got it the crazy bread was still doughy, not under cooked... doughy...

This place has really went downhill, the bread is hard, pizza needs more sauce and even the cheese sticks are off. Not worth my money.

Food At this location is very hit or miss, either you get soggy breading that makes it almost feel like it wasn’t cooked long enough, or overly stale/overcooked. Although the price doesn’t always have to mean great quality but if pricing keeps going up. Quality needs to be met.
Main issue with this location is the night service, Sometimes I’m craving Little Caesars pizza for the family but My Job keeps me closing, so I can’t speak on the day service. But the night service is absolutely horrible, feels like the building is being ran by a bunch of teens who would rather goof off and hang out, yell at each other, throw things at each other etc. Now I get hanging out, but when a customer has already paid, waited 30mins, and has to go back through the drive thru to find out it was already done, just never brought out. How do you just forget you had a customer? Just take the time to visit the alabaster location, maybe they’ll be better

They close at 10 is 8:30 and they don’t have any pizzas ready and not interested in making any more, very lame.
We had great service but the pizza was hard as a brick. Not worth 7 bucks. Yall need to do better with serving proper fresh pizza to people.

First off: The food was really good. It was hot and fresh. The problem I had with this visit is this: I came straight from a High School football game. The reason I went to LC was because my ticket stub had a coupon for a free cheese pizza with the order of any specialty pizza. The guy at the drive thru didn't know how to handle the coupon and said he would have to "ask the manager". After disappearing he came back and told me that coupons could only be used on the app. I asked how do I input the coupon since there was no code or any thing. He said you just gotta download the app. I already have the app and I was pretty sure there is no way to use that free pizza coupon with it, but I said, okay and was going to see if I was wrong. I wasn't. I tried to go into the store and show the manager the coupon and the app and ask how to use it. The front door was locked, however. My wife was hungry and we still had to pick up child from the High School, so we just placed an order and gave up on the free pizza. Like i said, the food was really good when we got it, but the experience was not.
We got sticks and pepperoni pizzas to go. They were so yummy! We've had bad little ceasars before. This place was really good.staff was really nice!
