Most neatly packed happy meal I've ever seen. Whoever packed it was very conscious of it. Everything was lined up perfectly and not a single French fry was out of place. Kindred soul! 💙 even my 4 year old noted how perfect it was.

I always try to be fair when leaving reviews, and I rarely give a one-star rating unless the experience is truly unacceptable. Unfortunately, this McDonald's had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment I pulled up, it was clear the location was severely understaffed. The line moved painfully slow, and what should have been a quick stop turned into a frustratingly long wait. I understand that staffing issues happen, but even with delays, I at least expect the food to be fresh. That wasn’t the case here.
After waiting far longer than I should have, I finally got my order—only to find that the nuggets were stone cold, as if they had been sitting out for ages. The fries were no better—soft, stale, and completely unappetizing. When you're paying for fast food, you at least expect it to be warm and somewhat fresh. This wasn’t even close.
Unfortunately, this was a bad enough experience that I won’t be coming back to this location. I hope management steps up and addresses these issues because right now, it’s just not worth the stop. It’s time to put service above exorbitant profits.

Would rate zero if it was an option. Tried this location a few times recently, lights are on and workers present, but no one working. No one answers the drive through. Had to cancel multiple app orders here because they ghost you. Trash

Went through the drive thru when lunch just started and order 10 count chicken nugget meal, I had to pull up and wait for my food only to get 7 nuggets and cold fries! This is ridiculous!

9:02 on a Sunday morning and waiting patiently for someone to answer the enter come i say good lord while talking on the phone and gets yelled at by your manager on the speaker this is not how u do business this quality of workers is how good business get a bad reputation iv been here just about every morning and all is the same do not recommend

Most HORRIBLE McDonalds location I have EVER been to. I have never left a bad review on anything but it is 100% called for. HORRIBLE service. When are people going to go back to when you're at work, you're WORKING, NOT socializing...rude, order wrong 3 times and finally I jsut walked out. I would've gotten money back but I didn't want to stand there for another 45 damn minutes !!! Do better people, LORD

Ordered my food tonight on my way home from 10 mins before I got there waited another 20 minutes to be told they didn’t have some of my order than was gave cold fries and a plain burger (didn’t order it plain) just meat cheese and a bun

This is not the first time our orders have been wrong. I ordered a ten count nugget and there were only nine, and none of the sauce we ordered. Also did not put ice in drink and was hesitant when we asked for ice… Went back in just to get the sauce we ordered and had to argue about it. Eventually another customer just went back behind to get the sauces we were all missing because the employee would not get any for us. The customer service here is absolutely awful and they are so incredibly rude. Please train your employees on human decency.

Food is never bad, orders are almost never wrong, drive thru is your best bet here. They don't accept cash quickly inside, you will be waiting because they are always busy.
