The lady at the window was nice. However my breakfast was nasty. The eggs on my egg mcmuffins tasted like they had been hard boiled and then microwaved to cook them even more. Just tasted nasty. I would leave a photo but I already fed it to my dog. I was hungry and now I'm just disappointed.

Wonderful service at the first window. At the second window he didn’t say a word, had head phones in and basically shoved the food at us. Not to mention all the food was dumped in the bag upside down.
Last time I came yall said yall weren’t taking orders and my app wouldn’t let me cancel. This was after telling the person at the speaker I had a mobile order and her saying hold on. Then 10 minutes later the man said yall weren’t taking orders. So thirty minutes of my time wasted because you guys can’t run a business all before 10pm.
I decided to return today ordering on the app again. I ordered for my family. I ordered a $5 hotnspicy mcchicken meal deal, a Big Mac, a 10 piece nugget, and a 6piece happy meal. Of course there was no sauce in any bag. I also did not receive the 6 piece nugget for the happy meal. Yall gave us a cheeseburger instead. I also did not receive the spicy mcchicken or the 4 piece nugget for the meal deal. I literally don’t understand why it’s so hard to read a receipt. And of course it’s impossible to be refunded for missing items on the app. I will no longer give this location any money. I don’t know why this location hasn’t closed yet.

Bro I got a 4 piece nugget kids meal with a large chips ahoy frappe, ranch, extra fries, and no toy.
I got the wrong drink, no extra fries, no sauce, and a toy. The toy doesn’t matter but I’m paying money just to not even get what I ordered. How can you read the order and get everything wrong? Bunch of teenagers that work there that are getting no where in life if you can’t even get one order correct. My father said every time he’s been there they always get the happy meal orders wrong. I don’t recommend going through drive thru. It’s a waste of time.

If you dod not have any grinch meals you should have taken the sign down. We waited in line 26 minutes to be told you had none. Very slow location.

The staff is kind. I will give them that. I'm not sure if the issues is lack of training or lack of staff but when it comes to drive thru I just sat for 20 minutes to just get my order taken and now am sitting in line to even get my food. At this point I will spent 30+ minutes to get a soda and a fry.

This place is seriously so disgusting. STAY FAR FAR AWAY… floors were absolutely filthy, tables were sticky, roaches everywhere, used baby wipes to wipe our table and booth down about 12 times… each time wipe was completely black. It honestly amazing me how dirty this place is especially with the lack of business… likely due to poor management, you think they’d have time to clean with so much down time. After waiting 15 minutes on our food and seeing how gross this place was we decided to take our food to go and as we were leaving we seen 2 employees smoking by the front entry way with a loaded cart of trash. So I guess that really shows me what these employees do with their free time. Food was cold and honestly even if it wasn’t I don’t think I would have wanted to eat it after seeing the inside of this place. AWFUL experience. Do better!

They purposely move slow, it took 30 mins to get my order with only 3 cars in front of me. They have you sitting at the mic for 10 mins before they take a order when you finally get your food it’s cold so they aren’t cooking it fresh they aren’t open 24 hours it’s been multiple nights there were in the inside but not taking orders or closing due to rain TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
