Whoever took my call at 5:20 pm was super rude. Rushing me through my order and getting frustrated when I couldn’t hear her due to there being background noise on their end. She seemed very annoyed I was placing a pick up order only reason I even ordered Pizza Hut was for the Alfredo pasta since dominoes doesn’t have it. Dominoes was way nicer Edit : March 11th 3:00 pm Manager is actually really rude and I feel she hates her job

I wish I could give no stars. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now for my dinner. If I ever get it I will post an update. When I called the store they said it was on the way an hour ago and I live 15 minutes from the store at the most . I want my money back and I can just get Door dash because that actually works.
So. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I got my luke warm food. The lady who answered the phone said she had 16 delivery orders and 2 drivers. So stop taking orders. I tried to order Papa John's first because I know Calera pizza hut sucks but they wouldn't let me. The app said that I would have to choose another store. They couldn't keep up so they shut it down. I certainly prefer that than saying I'm going to get dinner in 30 minutes and it takes 5 times that. I'm writing this review so I never order anything from the Calera pizza hut again. In a few years I might think about it and this will remind me not to try.

Really rude lied, saying I cussed them out and then blocked me because they forgot to make my order then forgot my wings and then forgot my drink as well horrible customer service acted like they did nothing wrong will be filing a report on GM for the sloppy management for slandering my name for me getting upset that they messed up the order and forgetting to even make it asked for refund they said no talk to corporate guess they didn’t think I would

The customer service by the guy working Sunday Nov 17. @5:25 is terrible . Didn’t greet didn’t ask if I needed help walked by me like 4 times and got in my face when I went to check if the order he put in the warmer was mine that’s when he wanted to say something. Been a couple of days when buddy has had bad service .

I ordered from place & was charged twice. I ordered online for pickup mistakenly, so I called to place my recent online order for delivery & ended up getting charged twice. Definitely not a happy customer, & probably won’t be back

Did not receive my entire order within tracking time. My employees had to wait an additional hour to receive the rest of my cold order. No type of credit or refund offered for the inconvenience. I order frequently from this company. I had to call another pizza company to deliver and spent extra money on another delivery. Customer service was terrible. May not order from this restaurant again. So unhappy with the way they handled the situation.
Parking: Unable to not chose that I recommend nothing from this establishment. Therefore, I chose to recommend parking. I do not recommend that it was the only option because area couldn’t be left empty.

When I tell you I personally don't have nothing bad to say about Calera Pizza Hut all good vibes. They showed out for ATEF love it the Pizza was on point and they had just started the salads back on the menu and they were great. Look forward to seeing a lot of me Britney and Cam you and your staff did your thing.

Their morning crew is awesome. Brittany is always helpful and sweet! Their night crew needs some work, they left my pizza sitting out for 20 minutes opened but Brittany called me and gave me a credit for order! She’s an awesome worker!
