I go by this location almost everyday to get my daily fix of a large strawberry-limeade slushie. The only thing they need is a better speaker system at the drivethru.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the exact same thing I order at every Sonic. Was told to pull up to the window. I explained that I want a #15 Super Sonic Burrito combo with no sausage. The person taking my order seemed very confused even though it's a simple request to leave the sausage off, most establishments don't have a problem with this but when I received my burrito it was loaded down with sausage. Absolutely dreadful experience.

The bun for the footlong chili cheese dog is too short. There's 4 more inches of weiner than bun. The speaker at the outdoor table is broken. Hard to hear anything they are saying. Food was good other than the bun being short

I used to Love this place and was glad we finally got one close. I understand to complications of hiring now ,which is why I held off so long about editing my review. I really hoped it would get better the management needs to pay more attention to these guys and stop them from playing so much and not paying attention to customers orders. I have been here on 5 different visits recently which have all been bad alot of times the employee's are playing and talking so loud you have to repeat your order multiple times or the person taking the orders are so rude that it makes you feel if though you're bothering them to come here to place a order. The last few visits my orders have all been wrong or missing items even after they repeat them back to you. My kids love this place but if you guys can't fix this I'll take my business elsewhere. Management please step up and get this restaurant back to the friendly, inviting customer service oriented restaurant it used to be.
It took over 20 minutes for a bellhop to retrieve my order after I had shown up, even after I informed an employee that I had shown up and gave them my name. This became yet another issue that I have had service-wise at this location.

I use to love Sonic’s, and I still do, just not this one. Staff is rude, customer service is a joke, the orders are wrong and staff wears loungewear at work… which is concerning, if you mention your food is wrong then you are treated like you are wasting their time. I avoid going to this location and opt to go to Sonic is other areas.
I'm done. The last three times I have gone there and ordered a burger with chili, cheese, mustard, and onions. The first time, they gave me a burger with only lettuce. The second time, I got a chicken sandwich, and this time, I got a burger with just mustard. They have all the ingredients, so what is the problem???

Pregnant wife was desperate for an ocean water and some chili cheese tots. We parked in a spot and pushed the button. Waited for 5-6 minutes for someone to take our order before we gave up and thought we may have better luck going through the drive through line. Waited behind a car for another 5-6 minutes until they drove off without their order being taken. We pulled up to the speaker, waited some more and someone finally took our order.
We’ve been waiting 10 minutes and counting to get our food.
This place is losing so much money. I’ve seen 15 plus cars pull in wait and then leave since we’ve been here.

The Florida Punisher
I was very excited to stop and get some Mottzarella Sticks when I was passing through town. I ordered online and then walked up to the walk-up stall to get my order. The location is very pretty and looks very different from other Sonics. The young lady who gave me my order was smiling and very sweet. When I bit into the first Mottzarella stick I was utterly disappointed. It was the WORST Mottzarella Stick I have ever recieved from a Sonics location. It was cold and incredibly dry. They had to be very old. The manager and staff should be embarrassed that they served that to a customer!
