Service has been slow here lately, and the food wasn't as good as it had been. I love Sonic and eat at them all over the country as I travel... I would hope for more consistency in service and food.

I received the worst customer service that I have ever had from this location yesterday. The girl with the blue nails, and wears glasses made it very clear that I was a inconvenience to be there. When I first pulled up in the drive thru, I had to wait a while. No one else was there. When she finally took my order, she was very unpleasant, as if she was really annoyed with me. Me, being who I am, is thinking maybe she is just having a bad day. So I made it a point to compliment her nails, hoping it would make her feel better. Nope, she seemed to not even care. No thank you or nothing. Then, when asking for what I thought was extra condiments (Later found out that she did not put any in my bag before I asked) she gave me a bad look (Like, Go Away) while tapping her nails from both hands on the countertop repeatedly and loud. Then as I left, I said to her, I hope you have a wonderful day, her response was yup and closed the window. Sonic, this used to be a great location. People like her will be the downfall of you. I know that I personally will not be back.

I'm a doordash driver that has picked up at the Calera, Al store at least 50 times in two and a half years. I have never had an order that had two or more drinks put into a drink carrier without having to ask for one. Today was the very first time my drinks were in a carrier when they were brought to the drive-thru window to me. I must give a big big shout-out to Maya for actually putting my drinks in a carrier before she came to the window. I mentioned this to the manager that was on duty who said oh that's awesome, well sir I must say in two and a half years of doordashing that's the first time my drinks were in a carrier without me having to ask for one, so no that's not awesome. If an order has two or more drinks on it a driver should never have to ask for a drink carrier, that to me is just common sense. now Sonic Drive-In corporate please don't think this is the only store that has this issue I've never been to any Sonic location where I've had two or more drinks where they actually been in a drink here without having to ask for one butt for an employee to go the extra step and put them in a terrible without having to ask I think is awesome in itself that to me means that Miss Maya actually has some common sense I wish more people did.
Probably the best sonic I have been too in a while and the server Brandon was nice and had great customer service

Worst Sonic I ever ate at. Burgers tasted like meat was staying in a holding oven dry and cold. Cheeseburger had no cheese on it. Carry it back. They just put a cold peace of cheese on it and handed it back.
