Ordered food online and was told they didnt receive my order but it took it out of my bank account. So now having to deal with getting a refund!
They were having a bad day. No ice. Women's rest room not working. No pizza subs. Flies. Not clean soda machine.
Staff was doing their best with what they had.

What happened to customer service? I was just at Subway and I asked the lady for some different apples (the ones they had were brown) she says "well they are not expired so those are the only ones we have"....idk about you but my child wont eat brown apples. They are in a package so they shouldnt be like that. — at Subway.
