The night shift manager is the best we put in a online order in clanton and their system sent it to calera and by the time we had gotten there the food would have been cold the manager took very good care of us and volunteer to remake the food even though it was a software issue on their mobile app….we will most definitely start using the calera location it’s a lot better friendly atmosphere
The people’s attitudes are DISGUSTING! the food is NASTY just like the people! and they have gnats flying around touching the food and they serve old food also!!!! this restaurant needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! the new management is awful! i said what i said.

Me and my fiancée went to the menu where you order and no one was back there to take our order! They were in the front of the restaurant where you eat inside and there were only 4 people in the whole building. They waited till we drove off and one employee finally went back there! Poor customer service!! I wouldn’t even give one star but it makes me to write my review!!

Went by on my lunch break and got the Jalapeño Ranch Fries and they basically gave me Nacho fries with tomatoes and sour cream. I had to call the store 10 times before anyone answered and then I was rushed off the phone. At this point I don’t want to replace my order I just want my money back.

They had a rough start after opening up this location (I am assuming it was low staff/figuring out how many to staff) and the drive-thru line would back up, but that seems to have worked itself out. Every time I have been here, the customer service is incredible. Early morning and even late night, the staff are so kind and cheerful. Oh, and the food is good, too!
Taco Bell's food, while flavorful and affordable, has given me some unpleasant digestive issues. After eating there, I often experience significant gas and discomfort. Though the menu is tempting, the aftermath makes me hesitant to return.

Dunno how it’s allowed to handle food while your pants are around your knees? I’m not entirely comfortable with a dude showing off his boxers while he handles my food. Definitely walking out if I see him with his pants that low again.
