3 times in a row I got a chalupa which is supposed to be soft that was so hard you couldn't cut it with a sawzall. Morons don't have any pride in their work. I want a refund. I'm tired of throwing money into the trash can. I keep trying again because I have been eating at Taco Bell my entire life and I expect better every time I go. I think it must be some prick that doesn't care but it is a recurring issue with this location. Close it down if all your employees are trash.

Stopped to get some food along the end of our 10 hour drive. This taco bell looked like it had not been refurbished since the 90's however, the young man that took our order was exceptional! It took me by surprise as most aren't as friendly as he was!

Dirty tables. Cash was only working on the window. Ten people waiting at the front counter to place order. Had to ask if someone could take our orders I also informed her that the qiosk will not let me add meat, tomato, and onions to my cheese roll up. It's a Mexi melt but it isn't on the menu anymore. ?

Tacos I ordered were old. They were not made fresh, the lettuce was wilted and brown, the bottom of the tacos were stuck to the rapper and very greasy. Extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell experience.

No where has been the same since COVID-19, but buddy this place is hanging onto it just for you. Good food, great and fast service, and even have inside seating area still open.
You got your typical white Democrats working here. So of course not very friendly, and I've also had to deal with very immature passive-aggressive behavior. I'm not rating it lower because so far I haven't had issues with orders or food, and the guy with dark hair who works nights (I assume he must be a supervisor) has potentially the best customer service I have ever seen.

Ordered online. The dipping tacos with shredded beef. You've seen the commercials. They didn't look like that. They had the regular ground beef in them. One of them was a corn tortilla and the other one was soft. That's crazy cuz I ordered two of the same thing! They were totally smushed, like a bad grilled cheese sandwich. Surprising. I've had good experiences at this location in the past. Maybe they were out of shredded beef. They shoulda canceled my order. I don't like what I got.
