Got a Dave's double and told them no mayonnaise, it had mayonnaise dropping out of it , it's the type of people you hire at these locations, usually a young person that has no interest and has no personality , like talking to a computer , and then when they give your receipt and change they drop it on the ground at the drive thru , hoping you will just drive off and not pick it up , need a better manager that knows how to train people right

Ordered a burger there, at 7:30 at night. Got the song of the baconator to be exact, and my meat had clearly been sitting since lunch. “Fresh never frozen” sure it wasn’t frozen but it wasn’t near fresh, I’ve had left over burgers off my grill fresher than this hockey puck excuse of a burger. Absolutely disgusting.

We got in line at 11:30pm at this “restaurant” and they were EXTREMELY SLOW. Made us wait 30 mins total and when we finally got to the speaker at 11:52 pm (yes it took that long to even get to the speaker), they ignored me so I drove to the window. The girl basically laughed in my face and said they’d turned all their machines off. As if it’s my fault that you took 30 minutes to take orders from three cars that were in front of me. I think they intentionally went as slow as they could so that they could get off work while helping the LEAST amount of people. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. It’s bad enough you’re trapped in their drive thru because of the structure but to STILL get no food after waiting for 30 minutes is CRAZY work. Everyone in there should fired. This occurred during the night shift on Sept 26, 2025.

There’s always a problem when I come here. My orders always end up wrong or I’m given stale food. Today I sat in the drive thru 15 mins just to be told they are out of meat. How does a hamburger joint not order enough meat? Absolutely rediculous.

I’m only giving four stars overall because of the ordering system. The first time we ordered here, the AI system got our order wrong and we ended up paying about $5 extra because it added another burger to our order somehow. That’s the main flaw. I’m not even an AI hater, it just isn’t a good system to use when there are actual, very kind and capable people who can work the drive-thru point of sale system.
The drive-thru is also very small and people can easily get blocked in from accessing parking. This is due to the location, but I definitely think something can be done about the drive-thru.
BUT this last time I placed a mobile order, and it was great. The food is delicious and the fries are fresh. The employees are also very sweet and friendly and I have never had an issue with them, even when delivering with DoorDash.

Needs new management desperately. Was good the first week but now its just terrible. I got violently sick last time I ate there. Got sick another time before that also. My wife made me swear I wouldn't eat here again. Wendys has the best fast food burger but the worst staff.

Went to pick up order at 11 guy said they closed but they was sitting around chit chatting and on phone he said they was closed but they close at 12 and if you closed please turn off your menu

Went through the drive-thru and it's currently 10:35 p.m. and I was told that they were already closed. I asked for clarification because online it says they don't close until midnight and I was told sorry sir we are closed. Sounds like staff doesn't really need jobs to work

Only person in the drive thru line, took a century to get the food, the nuggets were hard as rocks. I get it, working in food service sucks, but if you’re bad at it, how do you expect to do anything else well occupationally? It doesn’t get any easier than this. I’d implore the staff to step it up and learn the valuable skills that can be honed in this line of work.
