This location has gone downhill since coming to Calera. There is always an issue. I placed an online order that wasn’t ready when I got there - waited for about 10 minutes when there was no one else in the drive thru. Then, had to listen to a conversation about the difference between a relationship and a situationship because the window was open. Lastly, my fries were not hot. After last night’s visit, I don’t care to return. The city deserves better.

Got a Dave's double and told them no mayonnaise, it had mayonnaise dropping out of it , it's the type of people you hire at these locations, usually a young person that has no interest and has no personality , like talking to a computer , and then when they give your receipt and change they drop it on the ground at the drive thru , hoping you will just drive off and not pick it up , need a better manager that knows how to train people right

Ordered a burger there, at 7:30 at night. Got the song of the baconator to be exact, and my meat had clearly been sitting since lunch. “Fresh never frozen” sure it wasn’t frozen but it wasn’t near fresh, I’ve had left over burgers off my grill fresher than this hockey puck excuse of a burger. Absolutely disgusting.

We got in line at 11:30pm at this “restaurant” and they were EXTREMELY SLOW. Made us wait 30 mins total and when we finally got to the speaker at 11:52 pm (yes it took that long to even get to the speaker), they ignored me so I drove to the window. The girl basically laughed in my face and said they’d turned all their machines off. As if it’s my fault that you took 30 minutes to take orders from three cars that were in front of me. I think they intentionally went as slow as they could so that they could get off work while helping the LEAST amount of people. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. It’s bad enough you’re trapped in their drive thru because of the structure but to STILL get no food after waiting for 30 minutes is CRAZY work. Everyone in there should fired. This occurred during the night shift on Sept 26, 2025.
