Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Who don't love Zax... but i was a little disappointed today when I stopped for the loaded bacon chicken ranch fries.. and didn't get any bacon and the fries were hard.... this normally aint the case, but huge let down after driving 9 hrs... I was starving..the birthday cake shake tho.. it filled me up....

I ordered a chicken salad online and when I went inside to pick it up, there was no one in line or waiting on food. I picked up the salad from the to go area but I wanted to order a drink so I went to the counter where a young man was standing there. Apparently he was helping with a cookie order but he completely ignored me, he never greeted me or even looked up from what he was doing. When he did finally look up, he said nothing, turned his back to me, came back to the register, looked at me again and walked away again without speaking. A manager or assistant manager came around from the back and asked if I had been helped. She was friendly and quickly rang me up. I'm leaving this review because 9 out of 10 people will not complain and this bad service will continue. The food was well prepared and was great. Clean waiting and dining area. I did not go into the restrooms.

Worker didn’t put lid completely onto drink despite the slow atmosphere, they were clearly not busy. I don’t see the rush. Now it looks like I pissed Dr pepper.

The shrimp was nearly burnt and the fries were cold and the sweet tea wasn't sweet, and despite numerous advertisements and shakes returning, they haven't returned to Calera Zaxby's ☹️

After eating my food and finishing my water I went to chew on some ice and noticed a hair in my cup after removing the lid. I’d ask for a refund if I hadn’t already came home to eat

Regarding 20 piece chicken fingers...on more than one occasion the 20 piece chicken fingers have been really dark in color as if cooked in re-used burnt cooking oil...taste is not good...reported it before to customer service...I DO NOT WANT A food discount...just want them to resolve the problem...have to drive to Alabaster to buy the product which is a family favorite..My family really enjoys the chicken fingers but uneasy about dark (burnt taste) chicken...I feel like oil is being reused over & over for this to happen..Not good for our health Thank you.....

Whether I order online or in person, they always screw up my order. They put sauce on my salads even though that's not even an option when you order online. I have to wait for them to make the salad I ordered. The last time I went, they put sauce on my nibblers, when I asked for no sauce. Instead of waiting another 15 minutes, I asked for a refund and what did they do? Charged me a second time for some crap I couldn't eat. They always have an excuse for why they mess up my orders, but I'm tired of their excuses. It's only Chick-fil-a for lunch from now on. Calera's Zaxbys has the absolute worst customer service.

Fries tasted horrible everything else was fine but no one touched them and they are usually good something’s wrong

Was going to eat here, stopped in the bathroom before ordering. One of the staff came out of the stall post poo and rinsed his hands for about 2 seconds before returning to work.
I tried washing my hands after doing my business to find that there was no soap in either dispenser. So eating here didn’t seem like a good idea.
