You never get your order the way you asked for it. Asked for well done fries and the order was soggy. I sent the back and the manager rolled her eyes and took them and thru som crisp ones on top and the rest was wet as if they spit in them. I took the food back again and she refused to give my money back. Service is terrible and management is terrible.

Based on a recent visit to the McDonald’s in Calvert, Alabama, I must say that it was an interesting experience. When we stopped by, the first thing that caught our attention was the minimal presence of staff members. It seemed like everything was automated, right down to the kiosk in the lobby. In fact, we only saw one employee who was more in the background, so there wasn't much human interaction during our visit.As for the food, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich while my wife opted for a Big Mac meal. Unfortunately, neither of our meals was served hot, indicating that they might have been sitting under a warmer for a while. While the kiosk did its job in terms of service, the lack of human touch was noticeable.Overall, our experience at McDonald’s in Calvert, Alabama, was just okay. The food was average, and the lack of personal service was a downside. It wasn't a great visit, but it wasn't terrible either.

Uniquely bad burger last night, reminiscent of a hokey puck in flavor and texture. The fries were somehow half soggy and half crispy but I think an entire shift's worth of salt on them ... And I like a lot of salt. This location is at least consistently bad so it's not too disappointing anymore. They did put napkins and ketchup in the bag and the toppings were correct, so for that I will give an extra star, there is also a spot to park a truck and trailer in the back.

I stop at the McDonald's in Mt Vernon often on my way home due to convenience. The food is always good, but the drinks...AWFUL!!! Most of the time I eat my meal with no drink. The workers are very nice and friendly.

Staff kindly allowed us in to use the restroom even though they had just closed the indoor dining area. Drive thru was fast and food tasted good.

i visited Mt Vernon McDonalds drive up this morning. it was so nice to be met by friendly , smiling , cheerful people. The lady taking the order and my money, and then the lady giving me my food. They could not have been any nicer. People like that seem to set my stage for the day. i got my food in a very timely manner. keep up the good work!

My m doubles had nothing on them , one drop of ketchup, 2 little pieces of onion, two pickles and luckily 2 pieces of meat and bread...I didn't know this until home..☹️

Place is nasty sometimes they are nice sometimes they are not good is wrong mostly and the fries are always cold. The place stinks to high hell. Upper management should really take an unexpected visit sometime and see how bad it is

Burger was cold and staff were rude. After asking if I could get another one she told me "Next time you need to be specific and put it on your order." No, it’s common sense for the food to be hot darling. I’m never eating fast food again.
