My son enjoyed his, mine was all wrong. I ordered a funnelcake macchiato w/oatmilk, whipped cream and caramel drizzle, extra, extra sweet. No flavor, No whipped cream, Not Sweet. The staff was nice 👌 👍🏾

I visited this location tonight, driving up at 945pm. They close at 10pm. All the lights, menus, everything lit up and set up as if they're open. They refused service. They're in there, dancing around, ignoring me. I'm driving from Texas to Tennessee.... Need some coffee. Now I'll find a truck stop. Thanks for nothing

Kept hearing someone scream and I saw a man screaming every 5 mins about something new at a very high pitched tone and made me seem concerned on why he was screaming like that every so often

Line full of people and one girl is taking orders and helping one guy make them, while one girl sat on a counter where drinks are made, talking shit about her friend with the three other girls there. weird as hell.

I usually enjoy 7 Brew drinks, but my recent visit was disappointing. The server brought my drink out while digging in his mouth, which felt unprofessional and unhygienic. Handling drinks while touching your face can make customers uneasy, especially when it comes to food safety. I hope management addresses this so future visits feel cleaner and more professional. Overall the drinks are great, but the service experience needs improvement.

When they first opened, the experience was great... the drinks were great, and the workers were amazing... now they make you feel like you are bothering them by coming to get a drink, they rush you, or they barely even moce to come take your order. Also. A drink I get everytime I go has changed. It use to be a dark pink. But now its a different color. When questioning the workers, they have an attitude and the other workers are talking mess in the background like you cant hear them. I even showed them a picture of how the drink use to look versus now and they state its a different drink im ordering, even though my account shows the same drink everytime. I think im going to start going to the fultondale location to see if my experience there is different like it use to be.

I just had the best experience at this location. My experiences here are always good, but an employee named Maggie truly did her job above and beyond for me today. So much so, that I asked for her name just so I could leave a great review. Keep killing it, Trussville appreciates all of you!
