The one in Chelsea AL looks horrible and the general manager absolutely refused to sell me a frosted frozen drink which is on the menu. So much for having it your way…
They have been good a long time back, but they really don't want you to "have it your way". If you pay cash you are screwed (have to ask for a receipt). Drive through is plastered with customer negative notes. Container of sauce cost $.33, but they dump a handful of ketchup. Many of the employees are rude, and never smile. Like many food places, guess they are forced to hire poor managers.
