Horrible and when you report such on their Facebook page, they remove the post. Not recommended. After waiting 45 minutes for food, 3 miles away, food is ice cold when it made it home with my Son. He says it because they do not have the Drive Thru Open. This franchisee needs to get new management, should go train at the one in downtown Columbia, SC by USC
Sonic do better on your app...You know I didn't order my order twice. I'm sure hundreds of others didn't order twice as well.
Madison the manager at the Chelsea Sonic was awesome! She was very polite and kind. To Sonic you better do what you can to keep people like her around!! She was awesome and went above and beyond!!
