Went in today for treats for a loved one. The owner was super kind, helpful, and super generous. Her vibe was so sweet, literally. Remember, bakeries are more pricey than Walmart. This is a small business and she is rocking it out. Support your local people.

Heavens Gold Cakes is a bakery known for its cakes and pies. Our 20th Year Class Reunion ordered a strawberry cake for our ball. The cake was moist and good.
The cake was ready at the agreed upon time. The service during pickup was exceptional, and we had no issues.

Every time I go to the VA COBC a couple of blocks from the bakery, I stop on the way home and buy some excellent food! I'm looking forward to buying some fruit pies (especially the Peach!), but they don't always have them in stock.
I'm going to try to remember to call and order some when I go up there later.

I called all over to find someone who could make my autistic daughter her strawberry shortcake cartoon birthday cake. And heavens gold cakes nailed it. She was so friendly and very helpful. My wife and I passed thru Childersburg yesterday and saw their sign. So why not stop. The cupcakes were great, and the pound cake (which was in high demand) was one of the best I've ever had.
The banana pudding cupcakes are to die for!!!! 10/10!!
