Food is expensive and service is bad
The chicken sandwiches were great. Greatly appreciated then bringing out coffee pot for fresh coffee in the after noon.
Burger was plan
Chicken tenders where good
I love this Hardees. My food has always been hot, they have only gotten my order wrong once, the committed the terrible sin of putting onions on my husbands hamburger after I asked them to be left off. It didn’t bother me, but you would think they had tried to murder my husband after he got a bite of onions! Anyhoo I love this place. They are always nice and I never have to wait a long time. I recommend going there.
Just avoid this Hardee’s location. I know there’s not much in this little Podunk country backwards town. But my Diet Coke taste like there’s marijuana in it. My coffee is cold. Our french fries are cold. She put that I ordered a small Sprite instead of a small fry. Do not recommend.
Fast food is getting too expensive. Almost the same cost as a sit down restaurant. But Hardee's makes a decent burger and the people here are nice and the place is always clean. One of the best spots to eat in Citronelle.
great clean place with fantastic service
The last 2 times I have come here my orders have been cold and not what I ordered. First time I ordered biscuits and gravy... Ended up with biscuits and gritts... In the garbage it went.
Second time small hamburger with ketchup mustard and pickles... I got a plain burger with onions and pickles.... Just about done going. The workers need to pay more attention.
Unhappy customer.
On this particular morning, I didn't have my emotional support dog with me. But, it was different that morning on count of some pastors from the area. My Dad has passed away, but it reminded me of times Dad would meet up with friends at a restaurant n talk. Sometimes Mom was the only wife there, but they'd get together n have deep biblical conversations.
Love to get biscuits or burgers and sit with family and visit.

Don’t visit past about 6pm, night shift crew is consistently unbelievably lazy, disgustingly rude and they serve precooked food from a century ago.
Fast and friendly
The food was cold and disgusting. Hashbrowns were cold and hard. Biscuits were hard with minimum toppings
We were greated very politely. But there was cussing going on by kids preparing our food. The dining room was being mopped at 8 pm and there was no wet floor sign put out. ☢️

Need to cook biscuits longer so they get done so they don't have soggy insides.
