I cannot speak to the food or service because the state of the ladies’ room was so bad I didn’t want to think about actually eating food from there. Toilets would not flush. Toilet paper on floor along with questionable liquid. Paper towels & water on sinks.

It sure is different from Jack's in IN. If y'all would start making Mini tacos and regular tacos 🌮 it would be so perfect!! Can't wait to visit IN in Dec. I will be loading up on the tacos!! Yum!! The food here was great. Not complaining. ❤️

The bathroom was disgusting. Very dirty with towels all over the place, the towel roll was drenched on sink. The toilet paper rolls were on the floor and one on the doorstop.

I like jack’s, but the drive thru is so irritating. They will ask you to pull up away from the window to wait on food when there’s nobody else in line behind me. Then it takes a long time, I feel like I’m forgotten about. Another time no one was in line and I was asked to park in a parking spot that I had to drive all the way around the building to get to… I didn’t realize the drive thru was empty but the whole parking lot was waiting on food. It took so long I had to go in and ask for a refund.. drive thru is for Fast Food and convenience.. this is neither

I usually order off of DoorDash and have no issues, the one time I had an issue. I think the managers name was Memory not sure if it’s spelt the same But she made me whole again and replace the food with a Smile. And now that I go in to eat when she’s working, she always speaks very friendly and make sure everything‘s OK. I really enjoy going in there because of her.🙌🥰🤞🏽

It was 6:15 am. We ordered food and I went to the laddies rest room. There was poop in one stall. Dirty diapers on the floor in the other stall. No toilet paper , no paper towels. Only 3 people were working while the other 3 sat outside on their phones. I love jacks. Just not this one.

We’re longtime fans of Jack’s ~ just not this location. We’ve eaten at many Jack’s restaurants across the South and love them, those buttery fries? Best around 🙌 But unfortunately, this Citronelle location has consistently fallen short every time we've stopped in 👎
It’s been something every visit; out of food items, napkin dispensers not stocked, dining area messy… and this time was the worst yet. The coleslaw was sour (a customer even returned hers, and they stopped serving it altogether), and our burger buns were stale with hard spots we literally couldn’t bite through 🤨
We ordered basic meals ~ regular burgers, fries, and drinks, nothing fancy, and still left disappointed.
Again, this isn’t a knock on Jack’s as a whole! We truly enjoy the chain, but this location really needs some attention and improvements. We hope to see it brought up to the level of other Jack’s we've enjoyed.

Restrooms were dirty, no tissue, toilets stopped up with napkins. Cashier was rude, took EVERY order incorrectly and said the CUSTOMERS ordered wrong. Staff arguing at the counter in front of customers. Had to clean the table and seats ourselves. There was hardly anyone inside and at the drive thru.
