We came in at lunch and they were out of lettuce and didn’t have any chicken tenders ready. The cashier has a bad attitude as if interrupted her day. The food took a long time and was cold because it sat on the tray at the counter while the cashier was wandering around behind the counter. The sauce on the burgers tastes old and was disgusting!

Each and every time I have been to this particular location, they are out of everything! If you want a salad, they're out of salads or they're out of ranch. They're out of chocolate for the milkshakes. Then, on top of that, they let you pay for you ordered and try to stick you with a substitute that they DO NOT ask you if you want. I wonder if the "manager" even knows how to do the ordering or take inventory, if they never have what you order. I've tried to reach out to corporate, but of course, they do not care what their customers have to say. What a pathetic excuse for a business.

They put specials on the menu and windows and when you try to order they say it hasn’t started yet
Payed for a milkshake and was only given half. Asked for the rest and was told they were running low on ice cream. Was told by another worker that that was the amount normally given, asked for money back and was given attitude. Manager stepped in and had milkshake fixed and was very kind, other worker was still had attitude from across the restaurant.

I enjoyed my meal at Jacks tonight the food was good and hot. The ladies on the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely be going back. The macaroni and mashed potatoes were delicious and the milkshake was so good. Give it a try if you're in town

Passing through Citronelle AL and stopped at Jack’s for chicken fingers. There were two cars in the drive-through in front of us. After ordering and paying for our chicken fingers at the window we were asked to pull up a few feet even though no one was behind us. We asked if we could stay where we were at the window and the manager demanded that we pull forward. We pulled forward in the line and eventually our chicken and french fries were brought out to us. The chicken fingers were more like fried chicken skin. The biggest chicken finger we got was the size of your small finger. The best thing we can say is at least our few french fries and tiny chicken fingers were hot.
