There is no way I will buy food here again,these guys make up your food with there bare hands and no gloves that is not sanitary at all an all very bad attitude from the guy that served me an I will never recommend this pizza place to no one never.

Absolutely ridiculous. They've literally outsourced the phone to India!!!! Then when you tell them you want to speak to someone at the actual location you are then put on hold with atrocious music. I have currently been on hold for 47 minutes!!!! This place is a joke !

This location is horrible. I live in citronelle so I stop by from time to time. Alwayssss rude service, they never have hot and ready "ready" I have to wait every time, so what's the difference in a hot and ready than putting in a order for a reg pizza when u always wait. But what set me off today was I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni and it was $11. So I'm like uhh isn't it $6 something, then he rudley repeated what he rung me up for which was a extra most bestest with extra sauce. So I asked, "so you just took it upon yourself to charge me for an order I did NOT order or ask for?" He rolled his eyes and took it off then my total changed to $7.48 after tax. Several times I've gotten my pizza too and it had been cut really weird ways, not in triangles. Really weird. Needless to say, whoever is over this needs to step it up amd get this place in order.

This was my second visit to this locationBoth times they were out of sausage,for their pizza. How can you be out of sausage for pizza? That’s one of pizzas main staples. The tall guy is so freakin rude. I WILL NOT come to this location again.

At citronelle I ordered my pizzas and when I opened them something was wrong with the pizza dough it was cracked not even brown and did not have the toppings right on neither one of them the man snatched them back and remade my pizzas they looked better I did not like the way I was

I just sat in line in the drive thru for 20+ min and I honked my horn to let them know I was there, even though an employee taking out a pizza saw me and I still remained sitting there for 5 more minutes. They're not busy, there is maybe 1 car in the parking lot waiting for food. Not to mention bunch of teenagers in the lobby goofing off and taking drinks without paying for them and no one is saying a word to them. I assume they're related to the staff or have some association with the store but regaurdless it's ridiculous. Truly a 0 star experience. I'm disappointed in this location.
