You really need to watch your debit card transaction here. The young man that works the cash register will charge your card twice!!!... he goes to different registers and run the card. Somehow he cancels the transaction from one register but the money will come from your account twice.....

I ordered my pizza at 5:17 PM and was told it would be ready by 5:45 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it had just been put in the oven and was asked to pull up because it would be brought out to me.
I waited 15 minutes in my car. No one came.
I went inside and stood there while someone ahead of me ordered. Then another man walked in after me, and the cashier completely ignored me and helped him instead. After that, he went to the drive-thru window and helped that customer too—still without acknowledging me at all.
About 10 more minutes later, I was finally asked for my name. I reminded the employee that he told me to pull up and that my pizza would be brought out. He didn’t apologize for the long wait, didn’t acknowledge ignoring me—he just handed me the pizza and walked away.
This wasn’t just slow service; it was disrespectful and unprofessional. I value my time and my money, and I won’t be spending either at this location again.

Update, they still don't have pizza hot and ready, they take your order, money and then tell you to park and wait 15 minutes, which is usually 30 minutes or more!
The pizza is good, especially the extra most bestes, whatever you call it, the extra ingredients kind! lol OK, so I ask what all do you have ready? No one is in line but me and then someone comes inside while I order. She has 7 so I said I'll take them all. She rings me up and tells the cook she's emptying the boxes. A guy and someone else, who doesn't want to be seen, comes near the front and chats with her. She then tells me I can't have them. I'm flabbergasted,isn't this a place for me to order pizza, ready for when I want it?? She said those were ready! I am then told I can order but I will have to wait for them to cook more. If there was another pizza place, I would have left. 🤬 The pizzas weren't for me so I hope they didn't spit in the sauce!!

I placed an order and was told it would take 15 minutes to complete so I went to run another errand while I waited. I returned 20 minutes later to be told it wasn't ready yet. It was almost 40 minutes before I got my food. My Italian cheese bread was so hard I almost threw it away and my cheese pizza barely had any cheese on it. The employee seemed very annoyed when several people complained about their wait time. I would pick a different store

This is literally the BEST Little Caesars in the state of Alabama! We are from the northern part of Alabama, and decided to get pizza to offset the wait of an accident down the road... the wait was totally worth it because the food was hot fresh and made the way it was supposed to be made! I highly recommend getting your pizza from here!

The guy that seems to be working the counter every time we order is trying his best to accommodate customers. I ordered online, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. He said 5 more minutes, and I had my order within those 5 minutes.
