Need more staff that knows what they doing. Stood in line for 45 minutes to pay for food after ordering on the tablet in the lobby. The lobby was nasty, I went to the drink machine to make my drinks and the tea was empty so I opted for sprite and while filling the cup the nozzle on the sprite fell off in my drink. There were no straws in the holder no napkins there to clean up a mess. The place needs to be shut down . NASTY!!!!

It takes entirely to long for food to come out, I remember not even a month ago waiting in line for 30 minutes then being at the window for another 15 minutes only to get the wrong food, and every time I go there I get asked to pull to a parking spot to wait even longer for fast food. Payed at the window today and didn't even get the food at all this time, orderd 2 mcdoubles and a single mcchikcen.I myself have worked at a McDonald's before and know there is no excuse for a 30 minute wait in a fast food setting. Unacceptable

The cashier placed everyone money in their hand but placed mine on the counter, had to remind her that I placed my money in her hand please place my change in my hand🤨. Got my order fries filled half way and they were cold. Tried to get the lady attention saying excuse me miss, she looked at me and turned around and tried to ignore the 2 more attempts, I had to say very loudly EXCUSE ME! can I get some fresh hot fries and my fry box filled the way it's supposed to be ma'am? It took 26 minutes in all to get my food!!! I left with my food and they didn't put pickles on my quarter pounder deluxe and loaded a lot of mayonnaise on my burger, I felt like they were a little racist here, because I noticed things was different for the others⚪. I will not return ✌️😡

The drive thru was the normal right after church crowd. The cashier was nice n said all the french fries was gone, but I went ahead n ordered nuggets anyway. They were good.
45 mins in line from beginning to end and the food still wasn't fresh. The employees were friendly though but they seemed to be short staffed. I blame the owners of the establishment.

I walked in for a griddle only cheese and a coffee with extra cream and I eat my food, but the general manager Laura was making fun of my order. I asked her about it and why she was making fun of me she said to eat dirt. I'm pretty sure she was under the influence. Don't come here if you're looking for good service.

Food lowkey did smack i cant even lie. Got a mocha frappe with no coffee, no milk, no mocha drizzle, only foam. It’s nice i can’t lie you also gotta get the Fries. BUT WHAT REALLY MADE THIS REVIEW BAD, Was the guy who took my order, James, who gave me one less fry in my order.. Every medium fry has 36 fries. I got 35… James was also very rude and took my card so i could pay. I didn’t really feel like paying. Really don’t like James. Bad james.
