I just spent 30 minutes waiting for a filet o fish and a kids happy meal. I was asked to pull up and no one ever brought my food out. I went inside and there was no one at the front counter. I went back through the drive thru and was told my food was sitting there waiting… for how long? Who knows. The young man was vaping while taking money through the drive thru and then I received my order wrong. I’m traveling today and this took an unnecessary 30 min out of my trip.

I have been to this McDonalds location multiple times and they have NEVER gotten my order correct. I’ve watched the only cashier leave the counter and walk around in the back talking to coworkers while the lobby was full of people waiting to order. I had to get their attention to see if they were taking orders or not. On today’s visit a young man walked in and said he’d been waiting in the parking lot for 40 mins for someone to bring his apple pie out. I don’t know what’s going on at this place but THEY SUCK!!!

Need more staff that knows what they doing. Stood in line for 45 minutes to pay for food after ordering on the tablet in the lobby. The lobby was nasty, I went to the drink machine to make my drinks and the tea was empty so I opted for sprite and while filling the cup the nozzle on the sprite fell off in my drink. There were no straws in the holder no napkins there to clean up a mess. The place needs to be shut down . NASTY!!!!
