The experience at the Citronelle Subway was extremely disappointing. The employees were rude and made it clear they didn’t want to fix my order. On top of that, the bread and vegetables looked stale and unappetizing. Definitely not the level of service or quality you expect from Subway.

Make sure you call to make sure they're open before you do a mobile order. They are closed a Tuesday at lunch time

I've never been rushed to order the way I was tonight! I went in and could barely get anything out of my mouth without the girl interrupting every thought I tried to have. She rushed me through my order and was so rude about it. Not sure her name but both of the girls in there tonight were acting as if they were either hiding something or they were just trying to get out of there and they still had an hr left before closing! I felt very weird and unwanted the minute I walked in the door. Then the blonde walks out back to her car the minute I walked out the door! I'm knew to town and very disappointed!

The store was not very clean, and the overall experience was disappointing. The young woman behind the counter was more focused on her phone call than on customer service—she didn’t even acknowledge me when I said hello. To make matters worse, her phone was propped up on the counter where my sandwich was being prepared, which felt unsanitary and unprofessional.
Came in after my children's baseball games, the shop was slow, the employees were friendly, but at the same time, seemed irritated that I showed up...food was good overall, but incorrect gonna go at or around 7:30 or 8 pm on a weeknight, make sure you bring your patience with you...you will need it...
Easy to stop and grab sandwiches for an impromptu picnic! Meal of the Day is a treat if you are not sure what to choose.
Very friendly young ladies, sandwich good as usual.
This place is rude and always out of food. They let you stand in line for 30 minutes and do not tell you that they are out of food. This has happened every time that I tried to eat here.
No other customers waiting, great! Nope, they threw cold steak on my wilted salad after I asked for it to be heated all with the greatest of attitudes. It was just steak and not the Outlaw like I had asked for which is double steak, peppers, onions and pepper jack which would then be melted and placed upon the salad. Nope, cold steak, haphazardly thrown on the salad, ingredients thrown on. Dressing on top of the cold cheese then slathered to the lid. All around bad experience

Not an overly busy place when we stopped by, but that means our sandwich artists' focus was solely in us.
Food and service were both excellent as expected.

said no vinegar three times and they still put it on my sandwhich then looked at me like I was stupid and didn’t just say it. If they weren’t so busy gossiping and vaping they’d probably pay more attention to what they were doing. Hate to see it

Service is tolerable at times. there is zero care when it comes to the food, and how it is handled/prepared, cleanliness is also questionable and I’ll never understand how someone is unable to cut completely through a sandwich.

Managers are on a power trip. Hiring minors, refusing to train them, then firing them for something stupid while her, and another new hire minor, were forced to close by themselves. The manager also feels it's acceptable to scream at customers and belittle them.
