No other customers waiting, great! Nope, they threw cold steak on my wilted salad after I asked for it to be heated all with the greatest of attitudes. It was just steak and not the Outlaw like I had asked for which is double steak, peppers, onions and pepper jack which would then be melted and placed upon the salad. Nope, cold steak, haphazardly thrown on the salad, ingredients thrown on. Dressing on top of the cold cheese then slathered to the lid. All around bad experience

Managers are on a power trip. Hiring minors, refusing to train them, then firing them for something stupid while her, and another new hire minor, were forced to close by themselves. The manager also feels it's acceptable to scream at customers and belittle them.

At first I was the only person in the store. A lady was fixing 2 subs for an online purchase. I ask her if she was the only 1 there. She said there was someone washing dishes. She started the subs, 2 turkeys, one with mixed cheese the other mozzarella. Told her the 1 with mixed was not to be toasted. she put both of the subs on the microwave & when I realized this, I told her please take the mixed sub out (the 1 that was for me). She ask did I want another sub not toasted. By this time, there was about 5 customers waiting in line. About this time 2 more people came from the back. One was running the register, another lady started putting the ingredients on the subs. I don't know what was wrong with this lady (Colored), but she was very slow & has some kind of problem. I waited a very long time for the ingredients to be place on the sub I was taking home for the my friend. My sub only had 2. I think someone else wrapped mine up. .the lady wrapped the other. Once again she had a little difficulty. I'm not saying she should not have a job, but there were 3 other employees that could have helped her. God bless this lady. I probably stayed about 30 minutes+ and the other customers had a LONG wait. Usually it's about 10. I had coupons& I enjoy the subs. I would like for someone to let the Manager know about this.
The store has improved 100 percent since the last time I was there, customer service is way better.

I have been to this subway many times and there is not many options in citronelle. Today I went at 11:00 and all the lights were off and a younger red headed girl comes out and says they are closed. I was like ok maybe they are stocking and just went somewhere else, but then my coworker said she wanted to eat there and I said they are closed so she called to see when they are open and the girl answers and says we open the same time everyday just google it and would not give her the hours of operation. There is one girl there who is always very nice and helpful, but all of the rest are teenagers with very bad attitudes. Citronelle people always are saying you cant have anything in citronelle because the home town bashes and complains but there is literally NO standard of customer service in most of the food places.

This has to be the worst subway I've ever been too. Ive been here several times over the years the workers always seem high (moving so slow and can't get your order right) or they just have a bad attitude with you. And the main concern is how they are alwayyyssss put of stuff. And won't tell you til after they start your sandwich. Out of lettuce or onions they never have cookies made hardly always out of sweet tea never lids out here for the drinks and sometimes is cause they just didn't feel like restocking. I personally was standing behind a older man and they told him they was out out lettuce but after he left and one of us needed some, the other girl walked to the back and brought out a metal container full of it. It's so unprofessional here. I feel like reporting it.
