If I could give no stars I would. My wife absolutely loves this place. Alot of my money goes here everyday.......but it want anymore. The young lady and young man on duty ( both have blond gingerish hair) has been absolutely rude everything single time we go. This girl has left us sitting at the window while she was on her phone as we just watch her threw window. She doesn't ever fix drinks properly, in fact she gives out something different every time we order from her and has the nerve to treat someone badly over not being tipped when you don't even give me what I ordered. Do not come to this location.

Loved when the app came out. There are definitely some things that need to be worked out on it. For one....when ordering a freezer online and by the time you get to pick it up (on time) its completely liquid. Making the drinks to far in Advance takes away from the quality of some items. I love the idea of the rewards points but only ever been asked at the window if I had a rewards account. Unfortunately due to that the only way you receive your points is online. And due to the quality of the drinks by the time I get them I refuse to order online.

Staff was very rude when pulling up to the window, did not greet us with a smile or any words. Just a look like “what do you want?” My kid wanted a grits bowl…it was plain grits, cut up sausage and a little bit of scrambled egg with no cheese on it. Poor service and food not worth the money.

We stopped here on an interstate visit on Father’s Day. We have been to many other locations before and I ordered a double espresso with a dash of cinnamon and a turtle latte with an extra shot of espresso. All together the order was $10.04. The service was wonderful and the people were very nice. However, my double espresso with a dash of cinnamon was like they added a tablespoon of cinnamon and it was textured like watery sand and the turtle espresso was like watery hot chocolate. The turtle espresso tasted like there was no coffee in it at all. We have had these before at different locations. I don’t know why it was so bad here.

I looove Ellianos (it's way better coffee than Starbucks). Ellianos did not disappoint. Great drinks & amazing service. 🙌🏻 The only downside is it has a relatively small menu, but the choices it has are quality, which I much rather prefer over quantity.
