Ive gotten this drink multiple times before and when I went recently, this Sunday around 10 or so, I was told It couldn’t be made at all. I was confused on why. I was really disappointed as an Ellianos regular and I think this will be my last time going to this location.

I went this morning at 7am on 6/5/24,
and the girl at the window acted like she didn't want to take my order, when I asked what name of the coffee I wanted was called she was real short with answer, when I told her I wanted something else she rolled her eyes. At this point I told her to forget it.
I understand why they never are busy, This employee has a bad attitude and it shows
At 7am there was no one waiting, no line, I was the only customer there.

I absolutely love this place. They beat Starbucks hands down but it's aggravating when you Drive 25 minutes just to go there at 6:30 and they're closed with no explanation and their hours are supposed to be until 7:00 p.m.
