Have always received friendly service and the food has always been good.
Went there today and ordered an 8 piece dark box. Waited in line after ordering. Pulled up to window and was told they were short a thigh and leg so they substituted a breast and wing. Really not ok but since they hadn’t already dropped the chicken I just went with what they offered since they basically had it boxed and handing it to me. Got home and I only have 7 pieces of chicken so not only did I not get what I ordered they shorted me and charged me the 8 piece price....read full review
