Stopped by about 1145 pm with my bf who drives a rig. We like to stop here bc they have truck parking and we like Whataburger. We order in app for pickup asap as we need to get back on the road. Usually service is pretty quick although almost never as quick as it should be for ordering in app about 10 mins before we arrive.Tonight was horrible. Tonight, my wife bought dinner for our family. When she got home, she found that her Bacon Cheeseburger had NO BACON. While the toddlers and I had dinner, she had to drive back to your store. 30 minutes there and back. Your response? 3 cold bacon strips for a now cold burger. We paid for hot food made to order. She is now home having to microwave her dinner that should have been made correctly the first time, or fresh to correct the mistake. She received NO apology.
