This is the best Jacks restaurant I’ve ever been to. Stopped this morning to get a steak biscuit, and both the biscuit and the steak were fresh cooked and delicious. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. This Jacks also has truck parking, and there were many truckers there (which is always a good indication of good food).Parking: Plenty of car parking and a large parking lot for trucks.

I have been working there for almost 2 months but have been going there for years. It has gotten better thru the years.
This Jack’s is going downhill. The employees are loud and rude and their appearance was unclean. Lobby was dirty, bathrooms are dirty, employees looked dirty. Food was not up to standards. And as we were leaving an employee was smoking pot next to our car. Go next door to Burger King. It may be better.

Sit in drive though for 17 minutes waiting on one order. Have to go in to get it and given the completely wrong order. What a joke
I will never eat at this Jacks again. They got an 86 score and it shows. My boyfriend asked for plain with extra cheese and instead of getting a new bun they just scrapped off the condiments. What if he was allergic to ketchup or something?! They didn’t drain the grease from the pattys. Photo shown below of the nasty greasy mess. Absolutely disgusting. Learn how to drain grease and the bathrooms were disgusting too. I had to squat over the toilet because I didn’t feel comfortable actually sitting on the toilet seat. This Jacks needs to be shut down until proper cleanliness training has been done.
