I live about 10 miles from the Domino's in Columbiana,AL, and every time I've ordered it was ready when I got there, until today. The pizza tracker still showed baking when I got there so I waited about 10 minutes and then it said complete. Drove around to the window, and had to wait again until someone finally came to the window. Then they acted like they didn't know what was going on, and then told me the order was messed up and they were redoing it. After waiting again I finally got my pizzas,or so I thought. When I got home and opened them they were both totally wrong.

For a cheap pizza, Domino's is my go to place. The kids that helped us were kind and the food was fresh. We decided to try the stuffed crust pizza, it's a $4 up charge, I usually like stuffed crust, but I'm honestly not a fan of it here. I was thinking it would be comparable to the stuffed cheese bread they have. I will go back to the regular crust and just spend 2.99 more to have the stuffed cheese bread if I'm in the mood for that.

I love the fast and easy to order service online or in store or call the Lil pizza pizza place want even answer the phone it's been ringing for 5 years w and if you go there you will see the phone just ringing so Domino's is way better glad they brought one to Columbiana AL 💯

Why are the staff not wearing gloves when making food ? Some people care some don't but it would be nice for them to take that into consideration.

I come here very often. The staff is always super nice. Very helpful. They have a drive-thru pickup window that you don't have to get out of your car which I use a wheelchair so it's a lot easier on me. It is usually not busy and even when it is super fast usually within a minute or two. they make it seem like I'm actually welcome and they enjoy helping without making it seem as I am a inconvenience. Even times there are mistakes heres a example there was one time that my pizza was semi cold basically from the driver delivering they are always very professional about it and help they remade that pizza and gave me a order of marble cookies! A lot of times I bring my dog and they are always super excited to see her and her dark purple nail polish they always give her a little thing with a couple of treats I didn't even know was available. I absolutely love this dominos would recommend!! 11/10 ??
