Called a pick up order went to pickup couldn’t believe how nasty drive through window was nobody anywhere sat for 5 minutes honked horn another 3 minutes honked horn after another 3 minutes sat down on horn if I had not already paid I would have pulled off never again

I've been sitting here waiting on 1 Pepperoni pizza for 20 minutes. I've gone inside to check on my order and still nothing. There have been 5 other customers that have come to the window, ordered, and gotten their food. I don't ever expect good service at Little Caesars, but this is a bit ridiculous.
Been here for 15 min for a hot and ready pizza cheese and still haven't received it this is bullshit take it off your commercials if it's not five and ready or I will sue for false advertisement

So I ordered the meat pizza and they told me that it wasn't on the menu when I questioned the price they said they don't put everything on the menu board 2 times they said this the little guy was a little bit rude and the lady come out and said all this and tried to make up and still I had to pay the full price so I guess you lost a customer if you continue to lose customers then how do you expect to stay in business
