I had the BEST experience at this Subway. It was so AMAZING to be treated like they really wanted me there. The store was very clean. I even had to use the restroom and it too was very clean and stocked.

I have not been to any Subway in a long because all the others were dirty and the staff treated me and my family like we interfered with their day.

My visit today 8-27-25 at 12:51 pm was so wonderful that I just had to share this.

Waited 30 minutes while the lady was talking to the family in front of us then when it was our turn she had to stop and restock we walked out will NOT go back worse service ever!!!!

Our order was supposed to be ready by 11:50 am in the app said it was ready went to pick up they said somebody else picked up the order and had to wait twenty minutes to fix the order again they need to learn how to pay attention in the store

We ate there last night around 8:00 pm. One guy was working. He didn't want to be there. We ordered #11, Club. He put cheese on the bread and moved down to the vegetables. My husband asked him why there was no meat. He asked did my husband want any??? He put the meats for the Club after being told #11! I ordered the footlong pretzel. He handed it to me in the sack. Took it out and there was nothing on it, no butter or salt! He said I didn't ask for that! I said I wanted both. He put a little butter and put salt from the salt shaker. He rang it up as a chicken sub $7.29. Terrible experience. We will not be back!

This Subway is absolutely horrible. They usually only have one employee working during dinner hours. Never have any bread made. The Coke machine was all out of order. Didn't even have sweet tea made. Very rarely do I leave a bad review but this is not acceptable. For a store manager to leave one person to make the food, cash people out, check the drinks, close the store all by themselves. That is piss poor management skills.

Update 2/7/2025

Decided to try this subway again to see if things are any better. I ordered on the App at 11:20am. My order wasn’t ready until 12:10, and only because I showed up and waited for 25 minutes while they made it. They continue to prioritize walk ins and forget about the online orders. One poor lady they are paying minimum wage probably was working DURING LUNCH HOUR. The management at this subway continues to show us how incompetent they are at managing and should be fired.

Love that this restaurant subway #112988 came back, but I came in today and Michelle was such an amazing worker today she was all alone and had a line out the door and she did such a great job getting everyone's food done in a timely manner. She must be an integral part of the staff, she's a hard worker, and had wonderful customer service! Y'all should definitely give her a bonus for the great job she is doing for running your company 💪

I ordered extra provolone and extra salami, I ordered through door dash and payed extra to get the minimum amount for portions, yall suck ass and need to stay off the pot and Crack, damn it's not that hard to toast something and get what I paid for

I ordered last night for delivery on Subway app . Turns out door dash delivers. Well my driver got here she gave me a pizza box and a brown bag. Ok so I then asked her where are my drinks and our chips ? While she rushing to run away she says you didn't order them and or this is all they gave me. I said no. Ma'am my order total was almost 50 please hold a sec while I contact them well she run and left like a bag out of hell i would go get myself but seems like I can't keep a running car this year. But I then call subway and he said that I need to call door dash ? That when they deliver I have to deal with them well on Google everyone says to call the subway well I call again just now and TO MY SURPRISE THE DAMN SUBWAY PHONE IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER ??? HOW IN THE WORLD IS A VERY POPULAR BUSINESS PHONE TEMPORARY DISCONNECTED ? PLEASE SOMEONE FROM SUBWAY CONTACT ME BECAUSE NO WAY I AM PAYING ALMOST 50 FOR 1 6INC. , ONE TOMATO PIZZA AND A BOX OF COOKIES. :(

Well... It really depends on who's working. Came last week, and it was amazing! Today? Nothing had flavor and my toasted sandwich was lukewarm at best. I even had three different sauces and salt and pepper added to my sub, along with onions... Still no flavor. My companion tried the "ghost pepper" bread and it had 4 and I mean 4 withered jalapenos on top. There was no other source of heat. I hate heat/jalapenos, and I could eat the bread because there's no heat anywhere. Absolutely not a ghost pepper anywhere.

Only one person working on a Friday evening at 6, burned all the bread except for wheat, none of the online orders completed so even if you came in twenty minutes ahead of the other person, they were still ahead of you, all while waiting for someone from Jemison to bring more bread at some unknown time. Not the best second shot, the first time I came in they burned my sandwich and still tried to make me take it. I will just wait until I get to Calera next time, this one is a waste of time and money.

Browning a 16 yr. old young man that works at the Columbiana location was fantastic, he made us laugh from beginning to end!
We will definitely be back just to see him , he himself made our dinner so much better, thank you Browning for all the laughs ☺️ it was really great to meet you!! Hope to see you again soon ?

I ordered on the app at 12:21pm for express checkout. Got there at about 12:25 and didn’t leave until almost 1:00! I was okay until people came in after me and were getting serviced even though I ordered ahead. The guy who was being serviced had to tell them to get my order because I was there first. Missed my entire lunch break, the sandwich was not only sloppy but cold!
