Employees didn't know how to make some of the menu. Meat again was old not as bad as the churros tasted like they were cooked in two week old grease nasty and tainted you couldn't even eat them for being afraid we would get sick. Don't go to this store. It says add photos can't take a pic of taste.
MY SON WAS HUNGRY AND WAS WITH HIS DAD FOR THE WEEKEND. THEY WENT TO TACO BELL IN COLUMBIANA ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT MY CARD DECLINED. I CHECKED MY STATEMENT TO SEE THAT THEY HAD A PENDING PURCHASE ON THERE. THE MANAGER TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE BACK ON MY CARD IN 24-48 HOURS ONLY IT WASNT. IM NOT SURE WHO ELSE WAS TOLD THIS BUT YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR CARD BECAUSE IM HAVING TO GO THROUGH A GREAT DEAL TO GET THE MONEY REIMBURSED TO MY SONS CHILD SUPPORT CARD FOR SOMETHING THIS TACO BELL CHARGED MY CARD FOR AND DID NOT GIVE HIM THE FOOD. IN OTHERWORDS THEY STOLE HIS MONEY AND DID NOT GIVE HIM THE PRODUCT. NEEDLESS TO SAY IF I COULD I WOULD CHARGE THIS CASHIER AND MANAGER WITH THEFT OF SERVICE AND PRODUCT BUT UNFORTUNATELY THATS NOT HOW THE LAW WORKS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE CHECK THEIR STATEMENTS TO SEE IF YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED THE RIGHT AMOUNT AND IF AT ALL. LESSON LEARNED BUT A BAD REPUTATION FOR TACO BELL ON WEST COLLEGE STREET COLUMBIANA AL.

Ordered at Drive-thru. Husband asked for 3 Beef crunchy taco supreme. Window girl asked if he wanted to make that a #1 Combo with drink. He said yes. I got a chicken chalupa supreme and asked for a dragon fruit slushie. They were out, she suggested Wild Strawberry, I said ok. He added a beef burrito supreme, a sweet tea and a 12 pk of Cinnabon puffs. We paid and headed home. We get home and discover window girl didn't SUBSTITUTE #1 Combo, she ADDED it to the original 3 beef crunchy tacos! I should have realized our order shouldn't have been $33. Then I see the Wild Strawberry slushie was $4! It wasn't even that good! The frozen drinks at Circle K are 3x the size and 10x better! From now on, I'll be checking food in bags BEFORE we leave the Drive-thru window! Live and learn!

Better check your order for all the missing stuff tacos etc …. Below is a rice bowl ? they need to get their act together almost EVERY TIME something is messed up! I wish they would do better because I really do like Taco Bell
