First time here and must say the service was awesome. Immediately seated, less than 10 minute wait after ordering and the food was amazing. Give the fried chicken, cabbage, corn and yams a try. You will not be disappointed. Will be going back soon. Highly recommend!
I picked up a to go order on my first visit to the Velvet Spoon. I must say this was probably the best meat and 3 Ive ever gotten in a restaurant. As close to a home cooked meal as you can get! I will definitely be back!
The macaroni and cheese, cabbage, and dressing are delicious.
