I don't wanna mess y'all's score up, but this morning, 9/20, I ordered two chicken croissants not only did it take 20 minutes in store but I was charged for the maple chicken croissants so $10, but I left with 2 chicken biscuits. Could not eat, way too dry. It's Kim i come in a lot. Tried to call yall. No answer. The young man needs further training.

Instead of chatting with other employees you might want to at least apply even the tiniest bit of effort to preparing fresh food and customer service.
Got the breakfast burrito combo with an iced coffee. The burrito was clearly old ingredients microwaved to death. It was such overcooked mush that it just fell apart. You didn’t have the ingredients for the iced coffee I ordered or any others so I ended up with a water. So of the whole combo I basically just got potatoes.
Meanwhile I waited 10 mins in an empty restaurant for employees to finish chatting, not a “good morning how can I help you?” Not an “I’m sorry we are out of this”

Very Disappointed.
The experience was terrible from start to finish. The fries were cold, the chili was cold, and they forgot the lettuce altogether. Customer service was awful—my bag was just sitting on the counter and no one even told me it was ready. On top of that, the staff was openly cursing when I walked in. Completely unprofessional. Who runs a restaurant like this? I will be back because I am an easy going person and I hope the reviews are read by management.

Went to get good at the drive thru. We ordered 3 adult meals and one kids meal. After the 2nd adult meal was ordered they said we'd have to come in to order. Didn't know there was a cap on a family of 4 using the drive thru. NEED TO PUT A SIGN AT THE DRIVE THRU IF THATS HOW YOU ALL OPERATE.

It's like a hit or miss. It really depends on the staff. Lunch hours are safe.
Shows closed at 5:20 am but, was open. The customer service was great, and the food was fresh. No issues.
For the 2nd time in a week my family and I placed an online order to be ready ASAP and when we arrived, our food hadn't even been started and we ended up waiting over 10 minutes to get our order which only had 5 items. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
