The staff was friendly, but the men’s restroom was absolutely filthy. The urinal was covered in stains and grime, there was soaked paper sitting inside it, dirt and buildup all around the fixture, and the entire restroom looked like it had been ignored for a very long time. It was honestly one of the nastiest fast food restrooms I have seen.
A dirty restroom makes you question the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. If the customer bathroom is allowed to look like this, it does not inspire confidence in what is happening behind the scenes.
The friendly service was appreciated, but cleanliness matters just as much. I hope management starts paying attention because this restroom was unacceptable.

I don't eat at too many fast food places. With Jack's southern food I have to remind myself that this is fast food. The quality of Jack's food is next level. You can tell they care about their customers.

Of the last seven times, no exaggeration there, seven times, I've stopped by this location in the morning for breakfast over the last three months, they have only served me once. They always have a reason; 'some of our staff didn't come in this morning so we're behind' (at 05:30), 'we don't have any biscuits yet' (at 05:50), 'we aren't open yet' (at 05:52). The location is supposed to open at 05:00 six days a week; if you can't handle this schedule, you should change it or close down. Customers shouldn't pass other options (true, only very few) to get to your restaurant and be turned away. You win! I won't get my hopes up for your menu before say 07:00, maybe by then folks will show up to work, someone can bake a biscuit, and the store will be open.

Just before 9pm on a Friday, hours show dine-in open till 11pm, which would be perfect IF it was true. Instead myself (trucker) & the 2 EMS guys who arrived at the same time had to figure out other plans.
I do appreciate the parking that is available, as it has been a haven several times, but I've only ever gotten to eat here 1x out of the dozen or so times I've stopped.

All of the employees were rude and snappy with each other and it was terrible customer service. One of the employees even got snappy with me when I was simply trying to figure out my customers order through Door Dash. They gave his order away and had to completely remake it and another girl was more worried about what was going on in her phone…. pitiful….
Mobile order was ready when we arrived and food was still hot when we got home.

Placed an online order. Was there within minutes. I went through the drive thru and picked it up. I was greeted by a friendly young lady and received my food. I asked for ketchup and she was more than happy to give those to me. I appreciate how friendly she was, the prompt service and a smile.

I waited almot over 30 mins for 20 chicken tenders. Waited outside after they pulled me over. I went in the store and my tenders had been sitting in a bag and NO ONE brought them out to my car. Poor service period!
