After a very long wait to get my food (around 30 minutes), the bbq pork was room temperature, the top of the mac and cheese was room temperature but the bottom was warm (no idea how that is done). The only food that was warm was the baked beans. This was my first and last time going here. Not worth the time or money.
No variety of BBQ sauces on the table like most places. Long long wait. Should have menus by the entrance for long waits to help out with time. Food was ok.

Our family has been eating FATMANS as long as there has been A FATMANS. WE LOVE IT!!!!!
We heard good things about this place and we're really excited to try it. The Lady working the counter was not the friendliest to start with.The food is good, but not more than average. I assume there's only one choice of bbq sauce, because we weren't asked what kind we'd like, and i thought it was ketchup when I tasted it. Again, the food is good, just like any other bbq joint.

Easily the best hamburger and fries in Alabama. Hands down.
Ordered $120 take out order for the fourth of July. Realized 2 hours later at the lake, that a $4.25 order of pickles was left out, let it go until I went back in today the 10th of July, mentioned to the cashier, she was hateful and had rather loose a customer than make a mistake right. I usually go there two times a week, but will go somewhere else where they value their customers.

When you are out in the middle of nowhere and like to make your own hours atleast have a voicemail to tell customers you decided to close for the weekend. Happened so many times!
She’s just so rude and impolite at the front. I have never complained or anything, but I always get the same poor attitude. Take you a much needed vacay lady.

Tried to call in an order for over 30 minutes. Finally got someone to answer and placed an order for bbq sandwich and fries. Asked for it to be put in a styrofoam plate because we are traveling ( pulling a travel trailer) the lady replied “they won’t do that” I would have paid extra for the styrofoam plate. She went to see how long it would be and said about 10 minutes. I told her Nevermind to cancel the order and thank you. I have been many times but if they can’t provide a 25 cent plate then they won’t be getting my business.
