Love their barbeque and sauce! Also serve some of the best catfish I've eaten. Generous portions. A little pricey but very good. Only gripe is their business hours are not consistent so make sure you call before you go.

If waiting over an hour for a burger with fries is good service than this is your place. you wont be warned on how long they let you pay an wait while they laugh an cut up behind counter this place is not what it use to be. guess owner got greedy 2 in back 2 behind counter for the crowds this place gets is insane. 2nd time straight this happening wont be a 3rd.

This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to come and score their burger for them at Fat Man's BBQ. It is a great All-American Classic Cheeseburger. Fresh hand-patted out patty, no pre-formed patty, and never frozen. The toppings are fresh as well. A great burger that is grilled and seasoned to perfection.

We haven't been here in a few years, but we were not disappointed. We used to come here a couple of times a month when we worked in the area, and when we had a boat nearby. The restaurant is still owned by the same family and has expanded over the years. It's a nice, sit down restaurant but you still order when you come in up front. I don't think you can go wrong with the barbecue or the corn nuggets. The baked beans were good as well. Five stars!
There was a line out the door, usually that’s a good sign. If you’re in a hurry this isn’t the place for you. 5 families in front of us. One lady at the register, she’s talking to go phone calls, then part of the people in line order then checking out the to go orders as they come in. I get it’s busy but maybe delegate a take out person? 26 minutes later… We ordered a rib plate and pork plate. Meat was great. Good value to food ratio, Mac n cheese was only side really noteworthy. Must be an Alabama thing with bbq sauce I wish they, as well as every other bbq place in this state had a sweet option like Sonny’s. Would eat here again.

Placed a to go order today. My co worker even heard me say that I wanted fries. Before leaving the parking lot I notice they left my fries out. I went back in there to get them and the rude lady at the register said I didnt but yet u heard me say large to... 10.90 for a bbq sandwich and large tea. The BBQ wasnt all that great either. Yeah they got me today. I will never be back to this place
