Our first visit to Cullman and 412 Public House did not disappoint! Arrive early, there’s a line at opening and for good reason. We seated promptly and Sam H attended to our needs perfectly. We both chose the special of Filet mignon, pork ribeye and smoked duck breast. All were prepared perfectly. The brussels were great, we love them a little charred. And we can’t forget the awesome cocktail! Can’t wait to return to Cullman and the 412!
As someone that does most the cooking at home, because it's hard to find good service and. properly prepared food thru restaurants these days. Tonight was a treat at 412. Auhi tuna, from appetizers list was consistent as was 2weeks ago. its great. The ribeye was the best I've found anywhere, and I travel coast to coast. great job chief Probably the best assembled house salad,no matter what dressing you decide with it. as far as the bar, yes. the barmaid was spot on...
Dined here for lunch, shared the bison burger (subbed out for the smoked gouda). Came out perfect, as did the crispy fries. Delicious! Decided some of the dinner items intrigued us enough to come back for dinner. Had the pepper jack cheese sticks (wrapped in egg roll wrappers). Very tasty! Shared the seared scallops and grits with fries. The fries were, again, crispy as ordered. However, the "seared" scallops had no color, and the grits were as thick as spackle. Please...
