Alamitos is an unexpected gem. At a glance, you're probably thinking a Mexican restaurant in a more remote area of town beside a gas station can't be that good. You'd be wrong. It's fantastic. Great food, great drinks, reasonable prices. Go out of your way to try them out. I guarantee you'll be pleased.

BROTHER!!! The food was soooo freaking good!!! The people were very nice, the wait for the food felt like very short, and the food was very good!!! The chips even tasted better than a normal Mexican restaurant!!! I would definitely recommend eating here if you live near Cullman!!!

There may be a dozen Mexican food restaurants in Cullman. Alamito's is my go to after trying several others. The food and service are always top notch.
We waited forever to get our food as there were many DoorDash orders since it was July 4th weekend. No thinking ahead on their part. We have traveled all over the country and a Mexican restaurant or 2 is always in the mix for places to eat. The nachos we had here were without a doubt the worst nachos we have EVER had. The ground beef or wherever it was tasted like burnt grizzle. Our grandson ordered the beef tacos & could not eat them. We won’t be back.

Staff and service was absolutely horrendous. Our waitress literally went and sat in a booth and ignored our table. We waited forever for our ticket. The food was overpriced garbage and I maybe saw my waitress a combined 3 times and the restaurant was DEAD. Do not eat here. Go literally anywhere else.
