Brace yourself for an undisclosed extra $20 cake fee if you bring in your own simple inconspicuous birthday dessert. We did not even feel the need to mention it because it was so small. We never asked for nor were offered any plates/forks or anything for a cake set up. No need. Ate on the table covering paper with our hands. Yet was charged $20 cake fee. No thank you!

Brought the lady over here for an anniversary dinner and it was awesome. Very good quality meat, a solid wine selection, and the orange rolls are a nice touch to finish your meal. Service was also top notch. Give it a try if you're in the area.

The restaurant is beautiful but very bad maintained. You can see the pictures of the table. The table is all scratched, the finish is chipping off the table which gets on your utensils since there’s no table cloth or mats. The table had two napkins folded under the legs (see pictures). The table moved all the time, this was very uncomfortable. We ordered a medium rare streak but it was raw, see the picture. The mixed greens salad was very small for the price and the pieces of lettuce were huge. The salad was supposed to have walnuts but there were like 3 or 4 little pieces, I added shrimp for $11! but they brought like 6 pieces, which was not enough for the price. The waitress saw the utensils dirty on top of the table and left them there, she did not even change them. I had to ask for the drink refills, she left the old drinks in front of us. Never came to pick up plates, glasses or clean the table. Everything looked dirty. They gave us bread rolls and one of them had a long hair inside, this was disgusting. Extremely expensive for what we got. They had the air conditioning on when the temperature outside was in the 30’s.
Advice: train your people, maintain the restaurant and improve the food, also the prices are very high for what you get.
Very disappointing.

I have eaten here for many years and moved back to Cullman a year ago. The food is good but there are few gluten or dairy free options and if you substitute sides they charge you a hefty price for very small portions. Also, the past 4 times I’ve been and ordered unsweetened tea and artificial sweetener they never bring the sweetner. Just put it on the table!

I had the surf and turf special that was with a fillet and a fried lobster tail. My filet was cooked, a perfect medium rare and the lobster tail was a crispy on the outside and juicy, on the inside it could not have been any better.

Because of family we have been visiting Cullman for over 35yrs and Saturday night (3rd Jan) was our first time visiting your restaurant, the atmosphere was very comfortable, the service was kind and attentive to us and I ordered the 14oz ribeye medium done, the steak was so hard to chew that I could not finish the meal. Not wanting to embarrass our party of 4 with a complaint and the fact that the meals were to gift to my wife and I did not choose to create a scene. I do not know if the food was improperly cooked or an inexperienced chief was present but considering the price of the meal the steak should have had a rating of 10 compared to the 2 given. The Orange rolls were delicious and there were no complaints on the other 3 meals those being a baked potato, shrimp plate and a salad dish. Sincerely, Fred Williams.

I came on a Saturday around 11:30. There were only a few people in the restaurant. I got the salad with steak and it was good. I also got the butternut squash soup-probably wouldn’t get that again. The orange rolls were a courtesy after the meal. They were sticky and interesting. The mango cocktail was fantastic though.

This is one of my favorite places to eat steak. Cooked to perfection. Our oysters and crab claws were wonderful. However the orange roll at the end of the meal is flat-out fantastic! Make reservations for dinner.

Me and my wife went with another couple on 12/16/25 and tree of us ordered the Wagyue steak. Mine was tough and hard to chew had to discard abought half of it also very dry with no flavor. My wifes was also tough and no flavor. The third person also complained about it being tough and no flavor and dry. The waiter was great. With the price of $34 for the steak we expected it to be a great steak but were very disappointed. The orange rolls are good but not that impressive. They wait till you finish your meal before you get them. We probably wont be back.
