The beer is okay, but the ribs are hard to cut and dry, plus the restrooms will make anyone vomit from the smell of sewage from underneath.

Holly did a great job. She was friendly, personable, and professional. The food was good (tomato basil soup and grilled cheese). Overall, it was a pretty good experience. However the men's bathroom is definitely not a pleasant place to visit. I understand that there may be plumbing problems. If so, fix them! Plus, at my age I'm unable to hold my breath long enough to do my business at the urinal. Buy and install some deodorizer cakes from Lowes, please. It stinks and is totally disgusting.

There were 7 adults, a 10yo, & a toddler this evening for supper. Ariel was our waitress and took good care of us. Our orders were correct, food was very good, and we had a great family time! Thanxx & we'll be back!! Was worth my trip from Bessemer!!

Great service would be 5 stars but only got one refill

The riblets were charred, dry, and way overcooked! They could not be eaten at all! Also, my husband went to the restroom and there was pee all over the floor. Bad experience!

I’m not trying to be that person as I’m a server myself.. but service was terrible tn . My sister sat the entire time without a refill nor did she ask me if I wanted another mix drink… Never asked if we were doing okay or checked up on us throughout our entire visit appetizer didn’t come out for close to 25 min (it was loaded frys) gave the table next to us excellent service which made me feel less than. I always tip least 20% as long as our service is okay. Couldn’t bring myself to do it this time . Won’t be back.

Went with family tonight for a nice meal. Had honey mustard spilled all over me on accident by server…but what really was upsetting was the raw chicken in my salad. Appetite was ruined unfortunately. Our waitress holly was very nice and sweet though.

We frequent this Applebees quite often…but no more. The is the second bad meal we have had recently at this location. Ribs were cold and very tough and beer was flat…again. We might have spoken to our waitress but after she had to replace my draft with a bottle beer, she disappeared. I don’t know what has changed here but it is not for the better.

The beer is okay, but the ribs are hard to cut and dry, plus the black mold growing over the sinks under the bar makes me concerned about the health inspectors' intelligence.
Evidently, Lynn Owens needs supervised training.
