Brandin' Iron Steakhouse - Fairview

This hidden gem is amazing!! The steaks were nicely charred and cooked to perfection. The servers were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was like going to a friend's for dinner.

I think the kitchen staff could use some improvement. Mostly the food is good but some items are not. Prices are reasonable 👍

From the moment we walked in the door everyone from the hostess to the waitresses acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be there!
The food was good but I want be back because of the bad attitudes!!

I hate to eat in a room where they are cleaning. The smell of the lemon cleaning supplies just do not help my meal to be delicious at all. That is what happened to us tonight. True, we were late going in, but there was that awful lemon smell in the room where we were seated. I can't say enough good things about the salad bar. The potato salad is fantastic. It may be some of the best potato salad I have ever had. Everything on the bar was fresh and there was plenty for all of us. I ordered in New York strip cooked medium and it came out very well done. I'm not usually too picky about that, but this really dried out. What would have been a fantastic piece of meat. I should have sent it back, but it was late and I really hate to do that. Stop in and try their potato salad. If nothing else. It is worth the trip!

To be called a steak house is really lacking in that dept.I was so sadden when my 8 Oz top sirloin came out and it was like a flank steak ( flat and thin and a terrible cut of so called steak)Definitely disappointed and won't suggest or be back.

Horrible 40.00 for tough steak and raw potatoes

I am giving them a 2 and not a 1 because their salad bar was decent. All of our steaks were cooked wrong and not worth eating. My son and I got tips with rice and the rice was crunchy. 1st and last time there.

I am not impressed at all. The waitress warned me about how the cooks overcook the steaks, so I ordered a rarity below what I wanted as the waitress suggested (ordered medium rare), and I ended up being served a well-done steak. However, the steak had no crust and was basically one giant fat cap with a little bit of meat on it. This happens when you cook a steak on high heat, and the meat on the inside cooks before the outside has time to crust. The green beans were so salty I could only take a few bites before calling it quits (probably were cooked in bacon fat, then seasoned with even more salt before serving), the "toast" was barely toasted stale bread, and the salad from the salad bar tasted like cleaning chemicals. That was probably the worst steak and meal I've had from a steakhouse since 2016. The cooks need a lot of training. Waitress was awesome.
