Great food! Great service!
Great place to eat & drink some awesome drinks
Great food! Great service! Thank you for accommodating our large party!
Food was EXCELLENT. Music wad great. Will go again.
If you go, try to go when the place is not busy. Went on Saturday night; sat at the bar to begin with. Took a few minutes for the bartender to get to us; when she did she was attentive and helpful (and the specialty drinks were good!). Ordered food at the bar and eventually got a table. Over an hour after ordering I asked the server to check on our entrees as they had not come out. When the food came it was a mixed bag - my wife's filet and my salmon were good, but the rice was overcooked and the "broccolini" was inedible - not sure how they cooked it, but it was dry and brittle. On the plus side the bartender and server were nice. Mixed bag, don't think we will be going back.
My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. I didn't expect to see so much seafood on the menu. My wife wanted to try the crab cake sandwich, but they had sold out Friday night. Good sign that it's good because they get their seafood delivered on Wednesday. Wife settled on the trigger fish sandwich and I got the shrimp po boy sandwich. Both were very good. We also had the pepper jack cheese sticks and they were also very good. We are going back tonight so my wife can try the crab cakes!! We washed everything down with the awesome refreshing Hippiwiesen from Goat Island Brewery!!
Coming in, it looks like a regular southern bar. After sitting down and waiting for about 5 mins, the server finally comes over. The only server. She quickly gets our Beers out, helps us decide on food, and makes sure we have everything we need. If we needed anything else, she told us to flag her down in this small place. They only seat about 40 people from what I can tell, but that's part of the allure. The food is amazing and will catch you by surprise if you're only expecting regular bar food. I highly recommend this place. It surpassed my expectations.
This restaurant was a pleasant surprise! Our very large family (13 people) came here for lunch and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Although they didn't have an official kids' menu, they were accommodating to our small children, allowed us to split orders, and orovided timely and friendly service. The bloody Mary's were delicious, the food was great! Our server (I think her name was Rachel) was outstanding and professional. We will be back!
