Good and service was excellent until post COVID. I'm not sure if it's under new ownership or new management....but it's definitely not the same. My orders are continually wrong ...missing an item or cold when I get it at the drive thru. It's really often that I hear complaints about this location. Seems like a lot of my acquaintances go to the Hwy 157 location.

Truly never had anything bad food wise just starting to get very irritated when they say they close at 12 but tell my wife who pulled in at 11:15 they they’re closed like i understand taking some time to clean up and stuff but 45 minutes early?

I ordered two sausage egg and cheese biscuits through the drive-through. Instead, I got home and realized I got two bacon egg cheese biscuits. This is twice, already, my order was messed up in one month . i am not satisfied, so therefore, I lost my trust in the King. Treating me like some poor peasant feeding me scraps! No more I say no more!

Ordered double whopper WITH CHEESE... Got no cheese. Ordered coke with lime... Got diet coke. Drive thru blocks you in where you cannot just leave BUT drive thru employees AVOID window to even take your payment. STRONGLY advise to just go somewhere else, "BK, have it your way.." DOES NOT APPLY at this particular location and they make sure you feel you're disturbing them expecting prompt, respectful service.
If this location is a corporate store then CORPORATE NEEDS TO INTERVENE.

Burger King sucks and they don’t apparently sell ice cream. I went in there drive-through to get my elderly aunt who is 72 years old and can barely walk and when I pulled up and told them I wanted a chocolate milkshake they told me they don’t sell ice cream so then I called the 157. Burger King They sell ice cream and on the website they sell ice cream screw this Burger King. It’s only because their workers are lazy and didn’t wanna make a milkshake. Thank you. Last Friday I was at this location I come to this location on a regular basis I ordered the same thing and it takes forever to get the order and or the employees don't acknowledge your existence and then they walk away from you and claim that they have other orders to take care of but they don't greet you the store is always filthy the manager is extremely rude and a number of their cashiers are very poorly trained and very rude
Anyone know what time they close? The app says they're open until 12, google says the same, and yet they shut everything down by 10. You can even hear them goofing off from outside.

So got their new maple BBQ whopper love whoppers but the bacon... was worse than beef jerky had to spit it out cause I couldn't chew it anymore
