The food was good and hot when we got it. Some of the tables were not cleaned. Everyone around us were enjoying the food. We went at lunch time so it was a busy time for them but we did not have a long wait

Just hot hone with a 15 piece butterfly shimp meal. Only have 13 shrimp and they are old, hard and rubbery. Its sad you cant wven get decent fastfood anymore. We love used to like Captain D's. Probably wont be back. For the price we shouldn't be getting crap food.

Captain d's in arab, al was the best one I had ever been in. The service was excellent. The food was cooked the way it should be. In the past I've been to some that were quite the opposite. I can't say enough excellent things about this one. I will definitely go back to it.

Wouldn't allow me to use my rewards for a to-go order even though one of them specifically said order online and nowhere on the coupons did it say anything about not being able to use them for to-go orders. Manager wouldn't even come talk to me face to face, but instead just let somebody else come out and tell me no. If this is the new management, I won't be going back here anymore
