We only got half of what we ordered. The other half was undercooked. And this was after waiting 20 minutes for take out. Undercooked seafood is dangerous and absolutely pathetic to serve to anyone. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE THEY SERVE RAW SHRIMP AND SEAFOOD. Kevin the manager was no help at all. and why are all the responses to these reviews say the exact same thing over and over and over?

It used to be good. Went today and asked for 2 two piece fish plates. I got a fish and shrimp plate and 1 two piece fish plate. Not only that, the fries were literally hard and cold when it was brought to our table. I’m not one to complain about food but the fries were TERRIBLE. I spent $30 for that.

Just hot hone with a 15 piece butterfly shimp meal. Only have 13 shrimp and they are old, hard and rubbery. Its sad you cant wven get decent fastfood anymore. We love used to like Captain D's. Probably wont be back. For the price we shouldn't be getting crap food.

Captain d's in arab, al was the best one I had ever been in. The service was excellent. The food was cooked the way it should be. In the past I've been to some that were quite the opposite. I can't say enough excellent things about this one. I will definitely go back to it.
