Recently went in to get a to go order and after ordering noticed that the health rating was 84. That's definitely too low and raises a red flag over why that rating. The young lady taking my order was very nice. The front area looked mostly clean but I'm cautious about a rating below 93 or 92. The rice that came with the meal was way over salted and I couldn't eat it. Very disappointing to not be able to eat the food you paid for. I won't be returning unless...
summer at the Jasper, Al. store waited on me, very knowledgeable, and friendly.... helped me order, and when it arrived, verified that it was all there before bagging it up.... ordered sauces, and plastic ware.... ALL EMPLOYEES, should verify the orders.... because mistakes are quite common
Food was hot and tasty. I'll go back for sure. Considering the price of eating out these days Captain D's is at least affordable. The service (attendants) were polite and responsive. Other than the dining room not having lids or straws, I had a very positive experience.
