Long time Carlton's customer here. I have been eating here for over 30 years. Their lassagna was always delicious as well as their pizza. However, I just ordered lassagna and so did my mother. Both of us had to send it back because it tasted terrible. After sending it back I ordered a pepperoni pizza ( a go to there) and it barely had any pepperoni on it. I really am sad about this but I am not sure we will EVER be back.

Cajun chicken pasta- chicken is pre-frozen, not fresh. Terrible service and wait times. Anyone who suggests this place is out of their minds.
