When i went there with family they told me they could put my drink in a to go cup so i can handle it easier but they had no straws being disabled that was both a shock and left me to figure out how to drink my own drink not being able to do as normal people left me a bit of struggle luckily one of my family members had a tumblr a straw from.
The service was great! We were given refills without having to ask our server who by the way was very polite & knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. My dish came out looking delicious as always since I tend to get the same dish whenever we go here to eat since I am limited on items I can eat from an Italian restaurant (allergic to tomatoes and anything red both natural & dye). Mine was delicious as always. My husband's dish was perfectly seasoned he said which made him very happy & pleased with the dish he chose. My Sister ordered the spaghetti & sauce with garlic bread. While my sister doesn't normally order this particular dish here, she was disappointed due to the noodles being overcooked & almost mushy which isnt normal for this Italian Restaurant. They have always served their pastas al dente! She normally orders the Baked Spaghetti which is a much smaller portion that's topped with cheese. We chose to sit outdoors on the Patio since it was really cold inside. It was nice to sit outside on the Patio. The food is definitely worth the Visit to this long-standing Italian Restaurant here in Cullman since they have Pizza, Pasta and Sandwiches. We normally don't have any problems with the food so this one time won't stop us from going back again. We like Carlton's!

Our family met halfway between Huntsville and Birmingham to celebrate my sister in law’s 50th birthday. We had a party of 21 and were seated on the patio which is lovely and inviting. Robert, our waiter, was very efficient and friendly. He worked hard taking care of us and making our experience perfect in every way. Every team member we met was helpful and personable. Our food was delicious and delivered quickly. We could not have picked a better spot to celebrate! Thank you, All!

Did not even get to eat, we got there to park and we went around the back because parking is sipper small and we saw ALL their food sitting outside, on racks. I am sure that the food is bad because of all the tempature change. Would not recommend! 👎👎👎

Just canceled my rehearsal dinner that they confirmed yesterday because they forgot it was Oktoberfest and told us that we would make them lose money…..what a way to do business

The staff were amazing. I had a chicken Alfredo to go and it was like soup, not creamy. The garlic bread tasted weird too. It was awful. It was nearly $17 dollars. It definitely wasn't worth it. I usually love their pizza

Well after 20+ years of eating delicious lasagna from here today I get basically meatless lasagna, tvs were off and no atmosphere today just ho hum attitudes from the servers, got comped maybe a $1 and didn't even eat anything but the salad and cheese bread, wasn't even asked if I'd like something else, questionable to return.
Enjoyed delicious lunch in the fun outside dining...so good!

The food was horrible I was either burned or cold we got the appetizer before we got our teas an water to drink an had to ask for them multiple times . Then got no refills . When did the law change where you can make an vape inside ? All the employees were on the floor taping an smoking in the kitchen . Why where kids running in an out of the kitchen sneezing all over everything ? Why were customers going in an out of the kitchen getting food an beer ? Not sure why or what is going on here we have never had such a bad experience and we will never go back again hope they figure it out before they lose thier business completely.
