Cajun chicken pasta- chicken is pre-frozen, not fresh. Terrible service and wait times. Anyone who suggests this place is out of their minds.

The food was absolutely terrible. I genuinely do not think I have ever been so disappointed in a restaurant- ever. I had baked spaghetti and my husband had the chicken parm. Both tasted like freezer-burned TV dinners. Additionally, our ticket was $60 after tip and all. Our waiter was very awkward, would not walk away from our table while we were signing the check and just stared at us the entirety of the time. We will absolutely never be back.

😔We had a party of five, was told it would be a 30 min wait only had Three servers. There was a party of Two and a party of three in front of us. Over Half the tables were empty. The hostess seated the two Parties. Then a party of Three came in and another party of two they were seated in about 10 minutes. I question why we were not being seated then she seated another party of two, the hostess told me she was seating small parties it would be another 15 minutes We had already been there over 3o mintues . we left it was not they did not have a table, if a server can wait on three people they can wait on five. They seat at least 7 in front of us and keep us waiting. poor management in my opinion. Very Disappointed

The coziest little place! I always order their supreme pizza and my husband…the spaghetti and meatballs. My favorite is the wedge salad and blackberry cobbler with cheesecake… a must while dining! Oh and you have to try the house red wine…great price!

We ate at Carlton’s tonight, and we were very disappointed. The server took our order and apparently put it in separately. My food came out and 10 minutes later my kids food came out. My husband did not receive his calzone until we were almost finished with our food. The calzone came out wrong. The kitchen put sausage on it and my husband can not eat sausage. The server told us he took 10% off the calzone. Again, my husband could not eat it so my husband asked for a to go box. To top it off, the small calzone costed $33.10 before the 10% discount. Needless to say we will not be going back. Oh and if you want extra toast to go with your spinach dip, Carlton’s charges a $1 per small piece of toast.

Atmosphere was great, service was fine, the food simply isn’t good. Subpar ingredients, mushy, either lacking flavor or like someone dumped Italian seasoning in it hoping to make it eatable. We all left 3/4ths of our plates full and declined a to go box.

The price and ā€œadd-onsā€ are galore as well. Want marinara with that Italian item? $3. It cost the same for my family of 4 to eat ACTUAL ITALIAN food in New York City that was the best pasta you’ve ever eaten. If this is the best this small town has to offer, I’ll keep driving through.

If I could give less than one star I would!!
"I was very disappointed with my recent meal at this restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken Alfredo, and unfortunately, it had an off-putting taste and smell, reminiscent of canned chicken and cat food. Given the price of $22, I expected much better quality. I ended up having to throw the meal away. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality."
