This was my favorite restaurant for years even though nobody else ever wanted to go there they preferred alamitos and margaronas but not me. UNTIL I called in a to-go order one day which I normally never do and they had me repeat my order numerous times they kept asking did I want beef when I asked for chicken and I said no sour cream or anything on the side just lettuce on the side but when I picked up my order there was air cream on it the man with longer slick back hair argued with me for a few minutes over wether or not I said no sour cream and then I had to leave without my food and go to margaronas bc he refused to make it right.
I have never liked sour cream and I always make sure to say no sour cream and for him to argue with me and tell me rudely that I never said that is unprofessional.
After his reaction I won’t be back.

Very unorganized. The most recent time I went to eat, I asked if I could just sit at the bar since I was solo. They told me yes. I was greeted by a guy who told me I needed to wait to be seated. He seemed flustered, so I gave him grace and let him get caught up before ever asking for anything. I ask for a margarita on the rocks with no salt and before I’m even done getting the drink order out he is asking “Large or small. Large or small.” To make a long story short, I got a giant glass filled with bought margarita mix and salt all over and in the drink. Everything I asked for was an inconvenience to him, so I tried again to give him grace because he was still so flustered…everything I asked for or said was met with attitude, interruptions and treated like I was burdening him by asking him to do his job. Food isn’t good enough to deal with such poor service.

My fave Mexican restaurant in Cullman. Get the shredded beef corn flautas. They're delicious!! Also worth getting a mambo taxi!
