Chicken salad was great. Chicken and dumplings was OK. Pasta salad was terrible at this location.

I’ve only been to the cullman, alabama store twice but both times the service was horrible. They were out of something I ordered on both visits and the staff were very rude. I won’t being spending another dime in the cullman store.

Previously gave a good review. However we placed an online order for 6pm today and had to wait 30 minutes for it after arriving at 630. They never got the order ready in the first place. What's the purpose of online ordering? Also they were out of literally every flavor but like 4. On Friday at 630?

I hate giving negative reviews, but I also understand how important feedback can be to businesses in general. The people are usually friendly, so that is great. There is often a bit of a wait at this resturant so i am usually prepared... But the wait took so long today that I lost half my lunch hour. I won't be going back during lunch again due to this, so my visits will be much less often. I hope things can get better because I can't imagine how much revenue is being missed with it like this. The girls at the window must take a lot of negativity and i hate that for them. Theyre so sweet.. not everyone holds their tongue like I do.
Tonight was the sixth different night, me and my husband have attempted to eat a Chicken Salad Chick in Cullman. Over the past two months, all six times we have been, they are out of everything. Tonight, they only had three kinds of chicken salads let and stated they were out of numerous other items. Keep in mind that this was not the end of the night, but actually a few minutes before 6:00 pm., all six times have been before seven o'clock and various days of the week. I don't know if it is management or what, but the Cullman store needs some help. I hate to see a good resturant close because of poor management. When I asked how often this happened, I was told all the time. Common sense tells me if I always run out, maybe I should make more, but nowadays people don't have much common sense. I would love to know who to contact to discuss this problem, before the resturant is completely run into the ground.

I love the Dixie Chick chicken salad. It's the only one they serve with onions and it is divine. My grandchildren love the sugar cookies. There were several of us in our party and they were very helpful in creating a larger table for us. Everyone there was pleasant and doing their job to the best of their abilities. It made for a pleasant dining atmosphere for both adults and children.
Parking: If you get a chance to try their white chocolate cake, don't miss it. It is memorable!
Kid-friendliness: The children who were with us were treated with respect and patience since one of the younger ones was learning how to order for herself and it took a little while for her to get it all out.

Love the place, food is good. Have told many people about this place. But the last three times I’ve shown up on Saturday morning they tell me they are out of the chicken salad that I want. Was told it is very popular to which I said they need to make more of it, and their response was that if they run out on Saturday they just don’t make more. Am I wrong or is this bad business!
