Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is hands down the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Not only did we go 20 minutes out of of way to this location, all the boys were starving unlike any other. When I get to the first and most important station, I asked the lady for extra white rice and you would’ve thought she was trying to ration for 100 people. As you can see in the picture my burrito genuinely looks like a piece of laffy taffy. Never come here even if you are have not eaten for days and this is your only option.

Out of all of he many Chipotles I have been too in many states, this location is by FAR the best. No matter what time you go, they are always fully stocked and fresh. Thank you! We always visit when we’re in the area.

My first and last time to eat at Chipotle Grill. Grossist burrito I've ever had. Who knew you would be charged for ever thing added to it. I know now why the dining room was empty when I came in. They were next door at Slims Chicken. I guess because they couldn't afford a $20.00 burrito.

Chipotle needs to adjust their food prep timing in the DoorDash app so that the food is ready by the time someone arrives to take the order to its destination.

I arrived to chipotle to receive an order and was told that the order wasn’t ready yet but they were “working on it and it would be ready soon”. At this time four people walked in the door and up to the counter behind me in line and began ordering one by one as their orders were prepared in front of them and proceeded to check out and receive their orders. Once they were out of the way one of the workers began to prepare the order that I had been waiting for and was told “sorry for your wait” as they (middle-aged dark-haired girl with a visor) handed the order to me with a smug look on their face and complete disregard for the customer that had the online order and for me who is losing money for every second of my time that is wasted standing there waiting for something that should’ve already been done.

Very comfortable atmosphere, the employees are amazing.

We wanted to give Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cullman a try. We see them everywhere in our travels but have never eaten in one. This was our first and last try. The place was ice cold and has zero atmosphere. We both got the bowls. My wife got the chicken and I got the steak. To us it was just a lot of rice with a few other ingredients on top. Yes it is filling as rice always is. Not much taste, not even warm. The cost is about $35 for two to dine. As far as value goes, that is outrageous for what we got. It makes much more sense to go to a good full service Mexican restaurant and get a good meal of your choice for no more money. Plus you could also enjoy the bowl of free chips and salsa as part of you meal. No we will not be returning to Chipotle Grill anywhere.

Ist time to go. I got brisket bowl with white rice chips out of peppers and 1 bottle water. I was charged $29.00 I thought the girl put my receipt in the bag but she didn't. I check the price with the app should have been $19.00 I guess she gave herself a $10 tip. Food was worth about $10.00 I doubt if I ever go back. And I don't recommend.

Everytime i go here the people are great and so is the food. Yeah sometimes they tun out of stuff or it isnt perfect but like what restaurant is. But i wanted to highlight the crew from tonight i went in 30 minutes to close (i work in a restaurant ik this is frustrating) and they were all super polite and everything was hot and didnt taste old and it was perfect. Service was quick! Those employees go through a lot they deserve some praise!!

They’re unable to cut a burrito in half and package it separately. I don’t need to eat a whole burrito right now. Hard to call it a restaurant, perhaps a sort of vending machine. I went somewhere else.
