I experienced terrible service on Wednesday, September 10th. I arrived around 3:00 PM and noticed at least five crew members standing around, yet I received minimal assistance. When a crew member finally approached to take my order, I saw that there were very few fajita peppers available. I requested fresh ones, but instead of accommodating my request, she turned to another employee who bluntly told her No go to the drive-through bar for my fajitas. This lack of customer service and unwillingness to meet my needs was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Chipotle again.

Well, I just got through eating at chipotle here in Cullman And I have to say it was pretty Damn good because I don't know why all these other people are saying bad things i give it a 5 star.

Staff puts 3 huge scoops of rice and 1 level spoon of meat. For me,it's not worth the cost, bc, I only get rice,chicken and cheese in my bowl, and I pay $10.57. The food is good if you pay for extra meat but otherwise it just doesn't make sense.

I order online! On an app and the food was terrific the best chipotle I’ve ever had!! I called to ask a question but the answering was awful!! They definitely need to change that!! But the employee Katie I spoke to apologized and took care of it!!! She was friendly polite apologetic even tho it wasn’t her fault and took care of me!!! I’ve had chipotle a few times and this one was LITERALLY THE BEST!!!!!

This is hands down the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Not only did we go 20 minutes out of of way to this location, all the boys were starving unlike any other. When I get to the first and most important station, I asked the lady for extra white rice and you would’ve thought she was trying to ration for 100 people. As you can see in the picture my burrito genuinely looks like a piece of laffy taffy. Never come here even if you are have not eaten for days and this is your only option.
