Next to Cracker Barrel. Nice bathroom. Food options and shopping experience. 2 chargers available. Tesla chargers located there also.
Love the store!! And so many cute things right now!!
Service was satisfactory but not gGrit. Just felt like our server was annoyed that she had to work.
Had a new breakfast item and the gravy didn't taste like it had been cooked all the way... just a raw flour taste and grit.

This is the single-worst restaurant experience in my entire life, and the second isn’t even close.. when you wait an hour on food with a family of four on a road trip, only to have every single plate come out cold AND wrong, patience is lost!! Two of the four orders were wrong, and ALL were cold!!!
F!

My sons and I ate lunch here at the Cullman location. Very good service and food even though they were super packed and busy. We will definitely be back.

There food is always consistent and friendly staff. Lots of items in their store were on sale. Didn't have to wait to be seated. I always order the mother's french toast with bacon and a side of hash brown casserole

We had a mixed experience at the Cullman, Alabama Cracker Barrel on December 23, 2025. Our server, Payton W, was outstanding — attentive, kind, professional, and truly one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. She made the entire meal a great experience and deserves real recognition for her service.
Unfortunately, the visit ended on a concerning note involving payment and management. We were seated at table 242 and checked out with the cashier at approximately 7:06 PM. Our check total was $170.92. We paid with $203 in cash and explicitly instructed the cashier to tip the remaining change to Payton. We also told Payton she had been tipped in cash. When she went to retrieve it, the tip was not on the table or at the checkout stand, and she never received it.
We were not initially given a receipt. We only received a copy after drawing attention to the situation, and the manager was reluctant to provide it. When we did receive it, the receipt showed that only $173 had been entered into the system, which does not account for the full amount of cash that was given.
We brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Carrie, who repeatedly ignored us. When she finally responded, she stated she would need to take the cash drawer to count it, removed it abruptly, and went to the office — and never returned to follow up or explain the outcome. Another employee even mentioned that there have been ongoing issues involving this manager.
We are very concerned that our server never received her tip and that there appears to be improper handling of cash and employee tips at this location. This is especially upsetting because Payton truly earned that tip and provided exceptional service.
We hope this is taken seriously, because great employees like Payton deserve to be treated fairly and supported by management.

I've never seen a franchise so determined to self-implode. I just spent nearly seventy dollars for three people to eat and where do I begin to criticize. The coffee was cold and you had to beg for a refill. The food looked like it was a dump and go, and pretty much tasted that way too. The waitress purposely turned her head away from you so she didn't have to ask if you needed anything. I ended up paying more for sides because she was unaware of what the menu contained, despite my telling her that it didn't come with more sides than the menu stated . She told me that the menu was deceptive but it was my final bill that was, instead. We asked for window seating since the restaurant was empty but evidently that too was asking to much. How can a restaurant be nearly empty and still have so many issues. Something is drastically wrong with your hiring practices

Ate at Cracker Barrel of Cullman 8/4, Monday night. Tired from the 13 hours of work today. Not in the greatest of moods. Then comes my server, Aubrey. She takes the time to conversate with me. Before I knew it, she had me smiling and joking with her. Aubrey seems to be a mature, responsible, and very intelligent woman. This woman is going places in her life's adventure. I would be proud to have her as a daughter.
